Apartment was very nice; light, modern decor, stylish furniture. Master bedrooms bed comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking. Bathrooms were well functioning.
Garage in same building was an advantage.
Absolute Towers' design is visually great and the view from 29th floor was just amazing. You are able to admire view from every room through the large windows.
Communication with owner was good and he met us as planned even we were a bit late. Our damage deposit was refunded as agreed afterward.
Overall, this is a great unit and we highly recommend it.
Our one-week stay at 50 Absolute was our first visit to Toronto and our first vacation stay in a high-rise. The Absolute Towers' design is so visually distinctive. We made the reservation just a few weeks ahead and the communication with Alex was good. Ola met us as planned and helped us get parked and up to the unit. Our damage deposit was refunded promptly afterward.
Clearly the outstanding aspect of this 29th floor unit was the views. Photos don't do them justice. Both bedrooms, living/dining area, and kitchen have floor to ceiling windows and a balcony door. They primarily face east. You can see downtown Toronto as well as the lake. The balcony could at times be too bright, hot, windy, or noisy, but other times it was relaxing, and the condo was quiet with the doors closed. Elevator service (except for a brief power outage) and water pressure were better than expected.
We knew it was going to be a small place; we found the floor plan online. You're paying for view, amenities, and the experience of doing something different. The wall decor was pleasing. For 3 people it felt like enough space, clearly better than a hotel. Our 18-year-old enjoyed the tiny second bedroom (great wifi with the router in there), but it would be tight for most adults, and probably wouldn't accommodate a couple. Also, the underground garage was an adventure. Don't bring a large vehicle, as the single parking space is very tight and the 2-way traffic in the garage can be hairy.
We didn't find the condo dirty except for the windows, but it might be nice to take some of that $100 fee and stock certain basics. In a "luxury rental" we didn't expect to purchase soap, tissues, DW and laundry detergent, plastic wrap, napkins, and salt & pepper. Similarly, if you plan on cooking, check with Alex on what you may need to bring with you (or buy locally). Unless you like chopping onions with steak knife on glass, you may find yourself frustrated. We had to purchase a non-stick skillet. Better yet: Toronto has great restaurants, so eat out or order in!
Gym and pools were nice. 24-hour market at street level is convenient but pricey. Being able to walk to Square One, which has movie theaters, Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, and a liquor store, was handy. Some restaurants are within walking distance. It's a short drive to the restaurants in Port Credit. Typically it was 25 min to downtown Toronto by car. We didn't try public transit.
The condo is situated in an impressively looking building, but inside it is not that impressive. Very small hallways, and tiny apartment on 29th floor. The apartment is very small. It looks larger on pictures. On the pictures some of the furniture is missing. The kitchen is only for standing, nowhere to sit. Second bedroom is a size of a closet with uncomfortable, short mattress. My friend complained the entire stay how short and uncomfortable the mattress was. His legs were hanging down from it. Sheer Curtains don't block the light on sunny side. I counted about 12 plastic flower arrangements throuout the apartment. They collected a lot of dust and seems like never been cleaned. The apartment was dirty. Windows are filthy from inside and outside. Baseboards, corners, bed headboard, light fixtures, mirrors, lamps all dirty and dusty. The owner charges a high fee for cleaning compare to other offers on this site, but his cleaning person does a poor job. The pool outside is very small for the amount of people. Was always crowded and closes during the day. I wish the owner would provide the schedule and instructions on the amenities. I went to the pool twice and it was closing in 10 minutes. The gym with Plane walls and concrete floor. No area to stretch. I didn't use it. We had only one key, one chip and one remote control for the garage. It was hard to do different things since you cannot get into the building without a chip, the pool and the gym in a different building where you need a chip. And the apartment needs a key. The only positive - the balcony with a great view. But don't walk on it with bare feet. Your feet will be black from the dirt on the floor. I wish I rented a hotel room for this money. I had to sleep on black sheets, wipe my face and body with black towels, and no toilet paper. I found 1/4 of the used roll in my bathroom which was gone in one day. The same story with other bathroom. . Customer service was poor as well. After money was collected - no further instructions. I had to ask for the address and Phone # of housekeeper a day before the trip. We arrived later than planned before but I texted the housekeeper 5 hours ahead of time. Somehow she came early and supposedly waited us for 6 hours. The owner expressed his dissatisfaction in a text message about it. He never spoke to me or asked how was the stay. I mentioned all these complains to the housekeeper and she said that what everyone says and she has to listen to i

For being so kind, helpful and nice. The apartment is not only modern, beautiful and pristine but fully equipped. There is not one thing that you will not find here. The kitchen is not only gorgeous but super functional and immaculate. The bathrooms are flawless, modern and impeccable. The view is incredible and relaxing. They have the ultimate living space. The decor is exquisite, everything is color coordinated. They didn't skipped any detail. The view from the balcony is simply mesmerizing. And the sunrise from both bedrooms is beyond any description. The apartment has "the perfect touch".
The pictures can't really describe how fabulous this place is. We are already planning to go back to Toronto this year. And we will be back here.

My family and i stayed at this beautiful apartment on the 29th floor for two weeks in July 2015.
We enjoyed it very much and it felt like our home for these two weeks.
The apartment is very clean and fully equipped.
The large balcony provided beautifull views on Toronto and the lake.
We also enjoyed the buildings swimming pools very much.
The apartment is perfect located for trips to Toronto (20 a 30 min)
and the Niagara Waterfalls (1 hour).
If you want to make these trips I personally (not a great fan of public transit)
would recommend a car.
There is a private parking spot available in the underground parking garage.
For parking spots in Toronto I’ve visited this website a lot: http://toronto.bestparking.com.
But not for everything is a car needed.
Square One Mall, a big shopping mall, is just in 5 minutes walking distance.
And a 24 hour supermarket is located at street level of the building.
The owner Alex is friendly and responded always very quick on my emails.
He provided great service before, during and after our stay.
I will absolutly recommend this apartment to friends or relatives.
My family and i stayed at this condo. It was very clean and well maintained, management provided excellent customer service .We had everything as described in the listing, which made us felt very at home. Very pleasant environment this vacation was awesome and most enjoyable. I will not hesitate recommend this property to friends or relatives .
