Beautiful location and views

Our stay in Cala de Sant Vincenc was brilliant , could not fault the apartment in anyway, we loved every minute of it and didn't want to come home , We will be hopefully be returning very soon and are going to recommend apartment and resort to all our family and friends

Nice view, wonderful snorkel diving

Super nice and so good .

We spend one week in October, in the penthouse.

The apartment is complete with all you need, to cock yourself.

It is also possible to dine nearby.

The Beaches is super, one for swimming, one for diving and one for fun relaxing.

All in very short distance.

The pictures of the haus, total fits to what you get.

The haus is wery clean and all works fine.

The internet is working super, even with 3 persons online at one time.

You have privat life and is near to the wather and resturants.

The only bad thing was that the Jacuzzi was not heated.

A little shame, our children and our self, had looked forward to enjoy the Jacuzzi.

But if we go to mallorca again we will stay here.

We (family with two childred) were there in october 2016. Appartement 1B (first floor). Appartement is relatively big, clean, well montained. Security is good -- code and a key. Basics utilities are there. Magnificent sea view. It was easy to communicate with the agency, immediate reaction. As an example, we had a small problem with blinds (did not find a correct switch) and in half an hour somebody came and helped. Swimming pool is clean and safe. Generally, good work of the agency.

The place Cala San Vicente itself is not the very top one. It is very small, not much to do there: small shops, few bars, two bigs hotels. The beach is also small (mostly, stones; a bit of sand), and is not well-protected from the open sea

so it was possible to swim only 2 days from our 7. I expect that in the peak season it could be overfulled. Lifegards are there.

We had a rented car which minimised the disadvantages of Cala San Vicente -- it is 10 minutes to normal supermarcets,

and 15 minutes to perfect and protected from the waves beaches of porta de pollenca. It is easy to get to Cala San Vicente by car and there is a parking space at the back of the appartements, in the closed jard. One also find spectacular hikings trails within 30 minutes of driving (and actually two of them start at Cala san Vicente)

Generally (also taking in account that the price was lower than say in porta de pollenca) it was a very enjoyable stay and I thank the agency and in particular Marga for it.

A few recommendation to agency: a hoover at the appartement would be helpfull. Dishwasher should be cleaned. It also would be very kind if you give the tenants one/two tabs for the dishwasher for the first day.

Nice apartment but it could have been cleaner.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment closest to the restaurant. The apartment is spacious but the location is noisy and very busy in front. Constant noise from delivery vans and coaches for the hotels, restaurants and shop. It was not relaxing. As has happened to others we had cash stolen from the apartment in the hour we were at the back in the pool. It is upsetting, slightly dismissed by the management company and took two and a half days of our holiday to sort out the paperwork. It spoilt our holiday. I would recommend that you carefully read all the reviews and believe the negative ones as it was our experience too. The photos are from the top floor apartment be ware. Security is not great as it relies on a keycode system. The safe in the apartment was not very user friendly, it was too stiff to open and we had to use pliers to open it. Sadly not the best weeks holiday for us.

Resposta do proprietário: We are very sorry you had cash stolen from the apartment. We tried to help you as much as possible reporting to the local police which is not an easy process in Spain. We will increase the security by gating the front gardens of the ground floor apartments. The vans and buses are no longer allowed on this street as finally the Townhall made the decision to move them further down the road. Although the penthouses have a nicer view and therefore the rent is more expensive all the apartments have exactly the same layout and furniture. A lot of our clients enjoy the ground floor apartments because they are very practical with children and have their own barbecue.

A great place to stay

The apartments and pool are well looked after 2A and B have beautiful rooftop terraces with views which are far reaching out to the sea. Cala San Vicent is a great base. A couple of large hotels, but room for everyone. There are a few restaurants and the two we tried were good. Three beaches a rocky one and two smaller sandy bays. All lovely and safe for children. The apartment I would definitely come back to. A word of warning. Don't leave the key in the back of the door accidentally and leave the apartment. Even with your spare key you can't get back in! Marga was quick to resolve the situation by phone, however it cost €25 for a man to come and break in!

Very nice apartment (top floor apartment)

We were very happy with the apartment. Clean, well maintained. Everything as described. Nice roof terrace and Jacuzzi. Secure parking. Very good location. We would recommend it to other travellers if they are looking for a comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. The only negative was that the internet did not work when we arrived on Saturday and we had to wait until Monday for it to be fixed. Also, no soap and other essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms (e.g. no bin bags, not enough toilet paper).

Cala San Vincente é um dos menores resorts de Maiorca, situado em um charmoso antiga vila de pescadores na costa norte da ilha. Ele está localizado entre Pollensa e Puerto Pollensa e oferece paz, tranquilidade e abundância de beleza natural. É fácil imaginar por que sua popularidade garnered entre os artistas e pintores, que vêm para capturar o ambiente único.

A área é o lar de três belíssimas praias, que estão rodeados por penhascos rochosos e localizada entre as águas cristalinas e as Montanhas Tramuntana. Cala Molins é o mais popular, devido às suas águas maravilhosamente claros, enquanto Cala Barques é acessível por um conjunto de etapas, que conduzem a partir do parque de estacionamento (ambos oferecem espreguiçadeiras). O menor dos três é Cala Cabro -, uma enseada de cascalho pitoresca que faz um bom local para parar em para quem pretende explorar de caiaque.

Bem como caiaque, as águas aqui são perfeitos para natação, mergulho e mergulho, como formações rochosas únicas do litoral oferecem uma vista única abaixo do nível do mar. De volta à terra, a caminhada é uma verdadeira atracção, graças aos vista para o mar que podem ser apreciadas ao longo do penhasco (o "Cove Blances" é uma rota popular, com um comprimento de 40 minutos de sentido único). Os ciclistas estão bem servidos também, com uma escolha entre terreno plano do interior e os desafios montanhosa da Serra de Tramuntana.

Perto dali, mercado de domingo de Pollensa faz para alguns excelentes lojas de souvenirs. Artigos de couro, têxteis e artesanato tecidos estão entre os tesouros em oferta, bem como produtos locais, incluindo legumes, azeitonas, vinho e mel. E, quando se trata de beber e jantar, você pode desfrutar de peixe fresco local mais vistas deslumbrantes para o mar em restaurantes de Cala San Vincente.
