The open great room features a large sofa for lounging in front of the big flat screen Smart TV with Spectrum Cable and a DVD player. The wood burning fireplace is sure to keep you warm and cozy on a snowy winter day.  For entertainment spend some time challenging each other to one of the 5 games on the convertible game table.  Two high tables and breakfast bar seating provides a good place to enjoy a home cooked meal.  The kitchen has ample counter space and desired finishes including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range with double oven, dishwasher, coffee pot and microwave.  The back yard will be a favorite hangout for everyone with the covered deck, gas barbecue, seating options, and privacy with the adjoining open back lot (private property  and not for tenant use). A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Down the hallway you will find a full bathroom and three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, electric fireplace, TV with Firestick Streaming, back deck access, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate room with the toilet and shower that features a multi-sprayer option.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with TV streaming Roku.  The last bedroom has a Queen and Full bed and TV streaming Roku. A Pack & Play and highchair are available for the little ones.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
