The bottom room, which is completely separate from the apartment, serves as my daughter's and me's office for English classes. We are there 3 times a week for 1h30 to 3h maximum in the afternoon. At the bottom of this room there is a small bathroom with shower a toilet to which you have free access for the duration of your stay except for the few hours we are there.
the whole house is NO SMOKING, however you can smoke in the garden or on the balcony.
