We have TWO Nantucket style cottages with cedar shake exterior and pine floors ready for your arrival! Enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-through street with plenty of parking (up to 3 standard cars fit in driveway in designated spots) and steps to the Ocean and Bay.

Our second-floor Coach House offers classic knotty pine walls and wood floors for easy care. The large one-bedroom home can sleep 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and one pull-out couch in the living area). The bedroom has built-in cabinetry and ample closet space. The generous open floor plan provides you with a living room, dining room, decorative fireplace, a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) as well as a full kitchen. Central air is provided for your comfort!

A spacious deck for outdoor entertaining is right out front along with a table and chairs (a gas grill is provided on the ground-level ) There is plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space with Main House for laundry and beach items) on the first floor. And, of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower!

And how great is it not to need to drive into town if you don't want the hassle of parking! Take the FREE shuttle anywhere you want to go. Check it out LBI's local website for details and be prepared to have fun with all the activities and events LBI has to offer!

In the completely renovated Main House, sleeping up to 8, the first floor features an open living arrangement and a kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The first floor holds 2 bedrooms and a first floor bath with plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space for laundry and beach items). Central air is provided for your comfort!

The entire second floor is occupied by the master suite and includes a private bath and a private deck for morning coffee, lounging while listening to the ocean or gazing at the stars in the evening. Of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower and this home is no exception. Eat outside in the warm weather. We offer a gas grill along with table and chairs. And yet again, no house is complete without its own outside shower!

The ocean is steps away and your evening can be filled with star gazing or enjoying a fun night out on the town!

Holgate

House was clean and comfortable. Outside shower was spacious and easier to use than the indoor shower which is very small. Nice rental for 2 people and pet.

Perfect beach get away

We had a great time! The perfect size for just two. My 2 favorite things: the deck (perfect for coffee/wine) and the close proximity to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Best and most relaxing LBI getaway!

It is my 2nd summer staying at Lisa’s cozy LBI cottage. I loved every minute of my stay per usual. Close proximity to the beach, quite end street location, cottage with every essential you need for a week vacation down the shore! So easy to communicate with the host, smooth check in, everything in the house was working perfectly. I and my husband along with our yorkies had a perfect summer getaway. We cannot wait to come back next year already. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Quaint beach cottage

What a lovely stay we had in Holgate! Our beach cottage was everything I hoped it would be and more. Lisa was very accessible if i had questions and could not have been nicer! The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. LBI has always held a special place in my heart. Thank you again, Lisa!

Perfect beach cottage

Rented both homes so our family could stay together. Everything was perfect! This property is very cared for and well maintained. You’ll find many nice details and the decor is adorable, very beachy. I wish I was still there! Everything you need is there…a grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes! Great home in a great location.
