There are No Bad Days when you come to Big Bear and stay in this comfortable cabin located between Snow Summit and Bear Mountain making this the ideal location for winter fun! Just a few minutes from the lake and Village.

The warm and welcoming big bear cabin features an open floor plan with plenty of windows for natural light, comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, and flatscreen smart TV.  Stay connected with complementary internet to stream your favorite apps like Hulu or Netflix. The kitchen is just steps away and has breakfast bar seating, granite counters, plenty of counter space, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pot. Step out to the front deck for grilling on the propane barbecue. Around the corner is a 3/4 bath and laundry room with access to the large, flat fenced back yard for the kids to run around. Two bedrooms are also on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV, and the other bedroom has a twin over queen bunkbed and smart TV with built in DVD player.

Head upstairs for fun and entertainment in the large game room that has a ping pong table, Foosball table air hockey and pool table! Watch TV with the DVD player while you play a game or lounge on futon couch. Here you will also find twin bunkbeds.  The last bedroom is also on this level and has a king bed, smart TV with built in DVD player and small deck overlooking the back yard. A full bathroom with shower and large soaking tub combo is in the hall.

Note: Do NOT use charcoal in the BBQ. Propane ONLY. Please Do NOT bring your own charcoal grill. There is absolutely no smoking allowed on this property. Absolutely NO CAMPFIRES and NO OUTDOOR FIRE PITS ALLOWED.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
