Quebec, chalet at lake Carillon

1h30 minutes drive from Quebec City or 2h30 drive from Montreal.The cottage is 60 feet from the lake.
At my cottage at lac Carillon, you will be in the forest on the border of a magnificient lake. No neighbours in front of you. Deers, loons,beavers, birds are your neighbours.
No motor boats allowed on this lake. You can use 3 single kayaks and one double kayak plus a raw boat with an electrical motor.
In summer, the temperature of the lake reach 78 F and the water is just pure, incredible.
Located at the border of two famous regions for their wilderness: the Mauricie and Portneuf countys. We have at 300 feet from the cotttage the national trail ,and on the south shore of the lake: the ``parc regional naturel Portneuf``. A network of fabulous trails than you can enjoy every season of the year.We provide snow shoes in winter.
In winter, there are 3 cross country ski centers near by and also one of the most famous place for dogs sled ride on the snow.
There are bike trails near by and provincial snowmobile trails on the other side of the lake.
The chalet is very comfortable, perfectly heated. Satellite tv, WI FI ( $ ) , full kitchen appliances, complete linens and towels.
We have also pure spring water to drink from our well. Notice that the 9th and 10th persons have to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
DEAL: we also have a bed and breakfast in old Quebec number: 1967567. In low season, from mid september to the end of may, stay 3 days in our B&B and 3 days in Carillon and we offer a free 4th night at Carillon or in Quebec City in the winter months.
The 15% regular taxes are included in our rates but the 3.5% touristic tax is not.
