What an amazing property! Location wise it's right at the heart of the Gap, facing out onto the ocean with an amazing pool area.
The apartment is incredibly well thought through; there's tons of space and it's has the most relaxing vibe to it (we spent many hours chilling on the balcony).
So many of the little but important things have been thought of: somewhere to put the washing to dry, everything you need in ththe kitchen (including a good size fridge / freezer) and most importantly very, very comfortable beds and pillows.
I can't recommend this apartment highly enough, we will definitely be back.
We stayed at the property the week of Feb 11 - 18, 2016. The property met and in some cases exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs. The property was spotless for our arrival.
The view from the balcony where we spent a good bit of time was very nice and we enjoyed the gentle sound of the ocean throughout our vacation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed although the combination washer/dryer only washed and the markings on the stove and oven were quite worn. In addition, the oven which worked fine was a bit difficult to get used to.
We chose to have our breakfasts and most suppers in although there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. The gas grill was a pleasant surprise as it was a new Weber and not a beat up, well-used off brand. When we ate out we chose the Crave directly across the street, Sharkeys down the street a couple minutes, Cafe Sol around the corner and Buzo's a 10 to 15 minute cab ride or drive. The Crave and Sharkeys were a good value and Cafe Sol had a great view but the food was ordinary. I would recomment going to Buzo's if for nothing else their wood fired pizza. It is excellent, as is the rest of the menu.
The staff at the property were friendly, responsive and helpful. Barbara was a big help as the material she provided on things to do and restaurants served as a good guide.
Not a major issue for us but if you are sensitive to noise to front bedroom might be a bit of a problem as the place nearby plays music until 3 AM and it can be heard. Not an issue in the back master bedroom.
Overall, the property is a great bargain and we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I have nothing negative to say about this apartment..we were met by Monica who showed us around and made us feel welcome. The views from the balcony are just amazing! We had a litre problem with the hot water but Barbara was always available to contact and she came to check it out and then sent someone to fix it as soon as they were available. Apartment is in the perfect location to the gap restaurants and bars..literally a few footsteps. I'm looking forward to coming back and would definitely stay here again! Totally recommended!
I had a lovely stay at Seascape apartment , situated in the heart of St Lawrence Gap. The apartment was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean. I was advised there could be some noise from the pubs/ clubs opposite but this was not an issue. Being central , having amazing sunset sea views plus the pool and small beach access outweighed a bit of late music ( if your a light sleeper then use ear plugs) . A great breakfast can be had at happy days chattel cafe a short walk through the gap on the way to Dover Beach . Cocktail kitchen opposite the apartment is great for happy hour cocktails . I will be back ..
Having stayed at St Lawrence Beach Apartments in the past, this was not our first stay at Seascape, everything you want from a holiday accommodation was to hand, the apartment was beautiful, ocean views, located at top of St Lawrence Gap, all bars and restaurants in walking distance. The amenities were excellent, staff at the complex were friendly and very helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting Barbara having dealt with her for previous holidays. We will definitely be returning to St Lawrence Beach Apartments in the future.
The accommodation is lovely, the facilities are excellent and the support Staff superb especially Gerry the Doorman.
