Enjoy stunning mountain views and access to the slopeside trails right outside your door when you stay at Apartment at Slopeside Estate! This luxurious unit features two bedrooms and one loft, complete with a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, and extra bedding. Lay back and relax in your Private Outdoor Hot Tub Spa, exclusive to the Apartment, or bond with friends and family as you BBQ on the grill. Have a movie night with access to high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV programming. Make delicious meals for all in the fully equipped kitchen. The house shares the same driveway with another property and guests must agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions and Policies before check-in. Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind experience!

VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. We do not and WILL NOT charge the full amount through the VRBO platform by credit card.

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year's five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
-It is the Tenant's responsibility to report the make, model, color, and plate number of any vehicles staying at the property to prevent towing. This property has a maximum of two parking spots.
-Parties and events are not allowed at this property.

renting this house for years
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue once again is the smoke from fireplace backs up into house.... my clothes even after washing still smell like smoke... When renovation was done, we { group of new york city firefighter} believe chimney not raised high enough above new roof line... other than that a great house...

Great stay at Luxury Apartment
Great spot for a family (or 2) at Killington. Perfectly appointed vacation rental with large kitchen and very comfortable living room. 3 very comfortable bedrooms were very much appreciated after long days of skiing. And the hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. Ski in/out was perfect, with residence adjacent to the trail. We would ski back to the residence to eat lunch daily. In short, super nice, super clean, perfect location. We’ll be back next year.

Great Location. Beautiful Spot.
This property was in a beautiful private location adjacent to the Great Eastern trail. The apartment was lovely and clean, exactly as described, and great for our group of five. There was plenty of space to spread out, which turned out to be important because we had to hang out for a day when Killington essentially closed due to frigid -15F temperatures. The hot tub on the back deck was amazing when we finally could go out. Parking could have been tight, but the attached estate was unoccupied the weekend we were there, so no problem. With a big group, renting both the estate and the apartment would definitely be the play. Recommended.

New Year's Fun
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 13 loved this comfortable, spacious house in a great location with easy on/off. Stephan was very easy to deal with and responded immediately to our few requests, even making reservations for our sizable group at a local restaurant. The kitchen/DR/LR and downstairs billiard/bar/TV room were great common areas and the ancillary apt. was perfect for a few of the teenagers. Watching football with the see through fireplace ablaze and 10 of us sitting side by side on the L shaped couch was sweet. :) All in all, a great stay at a cool place.
