The house is really split into two separate apartments - one per floor. This works well for large family groups so they can eat all together in the huge kitchen upstairs, but have their own space with a small kitchen downstairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open kitchen/dining area/living room, a huge deck, and a "music room" (piano!).
