ABOUT THE HOME
Prior to your visit, you will receive a security code for your keyless entry. As you first enter, you will view the spacious entertainment room that is the center of this single-level home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3500 SF and 14 ft ceilings. The wall-to-wall glass doors (with a child-proof lock and exit to the patio) provide an abundance of natural light and beautiful view of the resort-style backyard.
Enjoy the outdoor entertainment area which includes a saltwater pool/attached spa, 10 loungers, pool volleyball, pool basketball, pool floats/toys, patio dining w/misters & music speakers, 50” TV, shaded ramada w/seating for 6 and firepit, outdoor gas fireplace, natural gas grill, 6-hole putting green.

3 ENTERTAINMENT AREAS FOR HOURS OF FUN!
1) Outdoor resort-style entertainment:
Soak up the sun on 10-padded loungers situated around the saltwater pool/attached spa or relax on pool floats. Enjoy a game of pool volleyball, pool basketball, practice your putting skills on the 6-hole putting green, and play a game of corn-throw. Cook your favorite meals on the built-in natural gas grill. Enjoy dining outdoors on the covered patio (table seats 8-10) with 3 lighted ceiling fans, patio speaker system, 50 " TV, and misting system to keep you cool during the summer months. The shaded ramada seats 6 around the firepit table across from the gas fireplace by the citrus trees.

2) Indoor entertainment room #1: This spacious entertainment is the room you will first see as you first enter the home. This room has fun activities for everyone! 70” TV, pool table, foosball, poker/game table w/cards & chips, blue tooth speaker system, 6-person dining table, and 2 couches if you would like to just sit back and relax.
*Please note* The poker/game table can be converted to a 4-person dining table by removing top.

3) Indoor entertainment room #2: This room is an open floor plan overlooking the kitchen. Watch your favorite games/movies on the surround sound 75“TV, that offers basic cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, Bluetooth speaker system to listen to your favorite music, Pac-Man table for 1-2 players, board games, toys for toddlers, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, bistro table for 2, and a brochure stand. A sliding door (with childproof locks) exits to the backyard.

POOL/SPA
Pool heating available upon request. To use the pool comfortably during fall, winter, and spring months, we recommend heating the pool. Without pool heat, the pool temperature depends on the overnight temperature. Pool heat is $75/day to heat and maintain at 86 degrees.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
The nightly rate is based on the first 10 guests and the home will accommodate up to 14 guests. Beyond 10 and up to 14 guests, the extra guest fee is $15/night per guest.

We provide baby/toddler equipment at no extra charge.
