Early winter hols 09

Great property, all as advertised. Top location, quiet & secure in a small residential area, but yet only a very short walk (on flat surfaces) to the harbour & village centre. Ideal for the less mobile or those with small children & buggies etc.

Great owners, we had originally booked for 2008 but owing to airline failure we couldn't travel, but they very kindly held over our booking to the following year. How many property owners would do that?

They can also help with airport transport arrangements.

Playa Blanca is clean, with a good choice of beaches, restaurants, bars & shops. Ideal for a quiet holiday for couples & young families. A car is not necessary, there's a good local bus service plus a service to Arrecife as well.

Also, theres's a nice walk along the front to the Marina where there are more restaurants etc, or for the more energetic a longer walk to the lighthouse.

The all important weather was excellent as well!

We will return.

Close to all amenities. Perfect location. Hired a car and travelled the island.

Great location in fabulous Playa Blanca

I stayed in Las Terracitas with my daughter, sister and her 2 children. We had the most wonderful 10 nights, the best thing being the location of the complex which is gated and secure and very central to all the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The bungalow was clean, beds were changed half way through our stay, and it was well equipped, having everything we needed including a bluetooth speaker, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine. Contact details and instructions on the location and keys to the property were all sent well in advance of our departure from the UK. If anything was disappointing it was that the pool was not heated and colder than we expected even though it was late May, and the double bed in the triple room was slightly uncomfortable (according to my sister), but other than that we will be booking our return trip again for next year.

Homely, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location! Seconds to the pool which was lovely and clean. Two minutes walk to the spar and a couple of restaurants and similar to the promenade. Flamingo beach was just around the corner with plenty of cafes and bars. The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms much bigger than we expected, one bed was firm and the other was soft so suited us perfectly. TV temperamental and could do with upgrading, however the seating area was very comfortable. Very much enjoyed sitting outside, it was very private and the complex was lovely and well kept.

Perfect location, very well appointed bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay, no doubt helped by the brilliant weather. The bungalow is very comfortable with every amenity we could think of. It is situated in a quiet corner of a private (gated) complex so is very peaceful yet the shops and sea-front are just a two minute walk away. I hope we can return soon.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Our stay in March 2017 meant that we had no neighbours in the semi-attached property next door so was peaceful. However, shame about the other neighbour's dog, Ted (detached bungalow) who likes to bark a lot! Pool was very close by although not used as no beds or stools to put towels on. The property was a good size; only 2 of us stayed so if booking for 4 adults think that 1 bathroom may be insufficient. Very uneconomical in that we had to have the washing machine on daily as only 1 set of bath and hand towels each and 1 pool towel was left. Kitchen has all implements you could think of however is in need of serious attention re upgrade/modernisation and cupboard and tiles needed a good clean, as did outdoor loungers which with a cover would have been fine. Excellent location to local Spar that is open daily and reasonably priced. Gave up on signal on tv, although not that bothered about watching television when on holiday. We would stay again but would prefer more towels and a deeper clean in kitchen area prior to staying.
