Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from almost every room in the condo. Fall asleep to the crashing ocean waves and wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.

This condo has 3 televisions, cable channels plus HBO, free wi-fi/internet, full washer/dryer in unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a queen bed in master bedroom and 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom. (There is no sleep sofa.)
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and brand new high quality cookware. There is central air conditioning throughout condo.

The condo building has an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna for your use. Additionally, all Marigot Beach renters are welcome to use the Clarion's indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, outdoor restaurant and and grill, and the tiki bar.

Since the condo is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. The condo has 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach, and there is a rental chair/umbrella stand right on the beach to rent other beach chairs and sun umbrellas for the day or week.
My condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach Condominiums on 100th street, giving you the perfect view of BOTH the beach and the ocean! Grocery store/ huge library/ Churches are just across the street.
Since the Marigot Beach Condominiums is right next door to the Clarion Hotel, you will experience the hotel's festive atmosphere of surrounding palm trees, tropical flowers, outdoor pool, large hot tub and tiki bar. You can enjoy having lunch at their outdoor restaurant, or grab a burger/hot dog from the outdoor grill and bring it back to your blanket on the beach. After the beach, have a drink at the outdoor tiki bar, all the while enjoying the live music they offer each evening. You can dance under the stars to the Clarion’s live bands, and you can continue dancing inside the Clarion at their bar/restaurant.

This condo is custom decorated with a very modern/artistic flair. There is a very large balcony the same width of the living that has very comfortable balcony furniture. You can enter the balcony from both the master bedroom or living room. Spend mornings out on the balcony having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.

There is a full size washer/dryer in the condo. Owner provides upgraded mattresses, comforters, and pillows, as well as chemical-free laundry, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning products for you to use.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking spaces.
All you really need to bring are your own towels, sheets, paper goods, as well as your suntan lotion and toothbrush!
Previous renters always tell me how surprised they are that this is a rental property because everything is upscale!

Please note: I ONLY rent for a 7 night minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. No pets are allowed, and this is a non-smoking building.
My rental season begins on July 1st and ends on September 30th.

This condo sleeps 5-6.
