Qualquer mais perto do oceano, e você estaria no oceano. Nosso condomínio de 3 quartos é literalmente 30 pés da praia. E ao contrário de outras unidades ao longo Seven Mile Beach, aqui você tem sua própria varanda privada, na verdade dois, sem outras unidades com vista para você. A vista é um dos melhores da ilha. Nada mais se compara.

As belas e serenas Ilhas Cayman é a casa do Cayman Reef Resort Residencial Suite # 29. Cayman Reef Resort Suite # 29 oferece vistas deslumbrantes e acesso ao mar, com dois níveis de pátios de luxo, tanto da sala de estar, cozinha, quarto principal e quarto de hóspedes. Uma cozinha iluminada e espaçosa abastecido com todos os gadgets cozinhar e pequeno aparelho necessário, faz com que este conceito aberto vivendo uma experiência verdadeiramente confortável. Com dois conjuntos de portas do pátio com vista para o oceano, você pode sentar e apreciar a vista, ou sentar no seu pátio privado e apreciar o pôr do sol lindo que vai tirar o fôlego.

We have stayed in Cayman several times and rented from various people from one end of seven mile beach to the other. Marc and his unit stood out above all our previous experiences. The property was extremely well maintained, comfortable and Marc was fantastic to work with. We had occasion to ask a question early on during our stay by email and Marc answered promptly and followed up with a telephone call. What really made this property stand out above our previous experiences were the seemingly small details that Marc has seen to -- the fruit basket, the alarm system, the dvd selection and play station, the computer and printer, the clear instructions throughout the property, the starter supplies, even the umbrella, cooler and water toys. I could go on, but each of these items by themselves are fairly insignificant but they add up to a better than average experience.

It is our understanding Marc has several properties in the complex and we will contact him again for our next visit. The beach and water at this complex are exceptional. The walk up bar to the north came in handy as we watched the sunsets in the water. The property is centrally located to several good restaurants if you decide to go out. Security on the property is above average with an on-site guard at night ( very pleasant, we had coffee early one AM) and camera coverage.

All in all, this property and Marc were a good decision which we will stick with in the future.

Perfect beachfront location & condo with everything you need

My family of 5 adults spent a week over Christmas and New Year's in CRR #29, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The unit is steps from the beach, and has ocean views from both balconies. Enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the balcony, watching the sun rise and the cruise ships come in quickly became our morning ritual.

The condo is bright, clean, and everything is in great condition. The air conditioning was very efficient and cooled the place down in no time. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher- because who wants to do dishes on vacation? It was super convenient to have our own washing machine and dryer as well. Although the condo complex has beach umbrellas, there aren't a lot of them, so the two umbrellas in the condo came in very handy.

Cayman Reef Resort itself is well located on the Seven-Mile Beach. The private beach in front has areas where you can snorkel around and see quite a few fish. You can walk to liquor and grocery stores, as well as many excellent restaurants nearby. Camana Bay is also not far, with many restaurants, shopping and an observation tower. We liked XQ's for pizza, and had Chicken! Chicken! from across the street twice because it was so good! I got to try lionfish at Tukka, which was a bit of a drive. Our best meal by far was up the street at Decker's on New Year's Eve. A little pricy, but well worth it.

If you're renting a car, the unit has its own parking spot. We had a car for four days, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to tour the entire island on your own time. We also rented two stand-up paddle boards from George's Watersports for the entire week- they deliver and pick up the boards to your unit. It was great to have them at our disposal whenever we wanted to go for a paddle.

In terms of excursions, I would say Stingray City is a MUST. Book in the afternoon on a day when fewer cruise ships are in port so it's less crowded. Interacting with the stingrays was an amazing experience! Snorkelling off Eden Rock doesn't cost anything, and there's lots to see.

Finally, the owner of the unit, Marc, was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to my questions. Booking was organized and seamless. The FAQs and manual for the condo he provided were great resources. There was an issue with the internet and tv in our unit, but Marc had us hooked up with an alternate wifi network the entire time, which is all we needed!

We will be back!

From the moment my family of 5 stepped into Unit 29 it was magical!!! Beautiful condo overlooking the beautiful white sand beach & crystal clear blue water is your view from 2 separate balconies, it cannot get any better. The owner of he condo should be very proud of how well it is kept & most importantly it is VERY VERY CLEAN!!! Could not have asked for a better condo along with all the amenities it came with.

Far exceeded expectations-will be coming back!

The condo had everything we needed and more. Traveled with 4 adults and 2 children under age 5. Can't ask for a better beach location! We got off to a rough start where my 4 year old was so excited when we first walked into the condo and saw the ocean and beach that he ran right into the sliding glass door on the balcony and broke it, Luckily he was not cut too badly and the owner was able on a late Friday afternoon to have the door quickly replaced within a matter of a couple of hours. WOW!!! We could not get that kind of response here in the U.S. This was unbelievably appreciated and amazing customer service.

So....the stress of the first few minutes quickly melted away and we were able to get back to vacation mode. The condo was very clean, had every thing we could have needed - the washer /dryer was so helpful and having laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and other cleaning supplies made everything so convenient. There was even a spaghetti strainer (who would have thought?) There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance - you can either take the public buses back for $2.50 USD per person or the store will call a taxi for you to make getting groceries back a breeze. There is a liquor store, convenience store, restaurants, and a dive store literally across the street. We found no reason to rent a car. Every tour we did picked us up and dropped us off right at the condo. The beach was surprisingly not crowded and there are rinse stations to wash the sand off right next to the stairs going up to the unit. Everyone we dealt with from the owner, complex manager, housekeepers, and maintenance staff were very friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends, family, and others.

Condo was in a great location and had all the amenities needed on a vacation. It was very clean and perfect view of the beach. Coffee on the deck each morning overlooking the water was priceless. We were on a girls getaway and size of the unit for 6 women was perfect. The owner was available and quickly to respond to any questions about the unit. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future. You could walk to the grocery store and convenience store and liquor store across the street. The only drawback was the ongoing construction next door but this is not something that can be controlled by the unit owner.

In the Heart of 7 mile beach-Awesome!

the condo was neat, clean and perfect for our family of 5. We had coffee/breakfast of the deck most mornings overlooking the beach and ocean. In the evenings, we slept with Master Bedroom sliders open, and the sound of the waves coming ashore was awesome. The beach is literally just a few steps from the condo, and there are so many restaurants and other places of interest within walking distance. We did not rent a car because the condo is in the heart of 7 mile beach. The owners were of the condo were very engaged with ensuring our stay and accommodations were perfect.
