RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

In the afternoon take a break from your fun filled day to nap on the cozy bed. Offers ample storage for your belongings in the 7 drawer dresser, 2 three drawer nightstands and semi-walk-in closet. Additional amenities: flat screen TV. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a king size bed. Perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and watch a show on the flat screen TV. The washer & dryer are tucked behind a door in the corner, you won't notice they are there. Additional amenities: 3-drawer dresser, 2 double drawer nightstands and a closet with extra pillows.

The dreamy second guest bedroom is a large room with two comfortable twin size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Has a large flat screen TV, 5 drawer dresser and closet with upper storage shelf. The large utility closet is on the far side of the room, has room to store suitcases and other belongings. In the evening, gaze out the window across the bay to enjoy the sun setting on the horizon as it paints the evening sky.

The spacious guest bathroom is shared between the guest bedrooms. Can be accessed from both guest bedrooms and the entryway hallway. Features a beautiful granite vanity with cupboard space below for toiletries, additional storage in 5 shelf linen closet. Has a tub/shower combo, great for taking a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun-kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.
