During the warmer months, bring your clubs and head across the street to the nine holes of the Snowcreek Resort Golf Course and driving range. And when the snow is falling, take a short, two-mile drive west and hit the spectacular slopes of Mammoth Mountain for California's best skiing and snowboarding! During the winter, we highly recommend the use of a 4x4 vehicle or tire chains to get to and from this rental.

Warm and inviting, this home has an open living area featuring a sectional sofa, flatscreen cable TV, and sliding door access out to the back deck. There are two dining tables and a breakfast bar offering plenty of seating options for casual family gatherings or meals prepared in the adjacent, full kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories and appliances including a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms on the lower level of the home plus a fully furnished loft upstairs: The main bedroom has a plush, king-size bed, private patio access, and a full bath. The guest room has an additional king, bath, and patio access, and the third room has two twin beds. The loft overlooks the great room below and offers three additional twins.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Located in the meadow area of Mammoth in Phase 2 of Snowcreek. Both the Gray and Red Line shuttles stop near the property entrance approximately 275 yards from condo.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
