Awesome Flat!

Our family just returned from a 3 night stay at this flat. Tracy welcomed us warmly (even though we arrived about 2 hours later than the time scheduled). The owner Sue send very useful information about the apartment, the neighbourhood (supermarkets, restaurants) and transport to us on our first enquiry.The flat was clean and very spacious. For a family of four, two adults two children this appartment was perfect. There is plenty of space and my children especially like the sleeping platform. The kitchen has everything you need to create a meal. When we arrived there was already some milk, wine and a bottle of milk in the fridge for us. The location is very convenient with a bus to Oxford Street just across the road and other buses or tube nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this appartment

In summary, good flat, nice people. No complaints. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience

We truly enjoyed the Clerkenwell flat in London. David is a great communicator, helpful in making arrangements, and Tracey is very nice and flexible about check-in and check-out. The apartment is secure, spacious, and clean, the furniture comfortable and tasteful in leather and glass, and the kitchen and bath extremely nice and well-equipped--all better than pictured or expected. The view out the full-sized double windows in the living room is entertaining, with lively and friendly neighborhood activity. A very good grocery store is a half-block away, the bus stop is a block, good restaurants and food trucks abound, and people are friendly. The location is perfect, allowing for walking (about 15 minutes to walk to the Thames Blackfriars Bridge), riding the bus (63 is great for north-south and 55 east-west), and using the Tube from a couple of nearby stations, Farringdon or Chancery. Before and after running around town to museums, parks, and plays, the flat was an oasis. We loved it and hope to return.

Ruhig & zentral in sehr guter Wohngegend!

Obwohl die Fenster der Wohnung direkt zur Clerkenwell Road gehen, fühlte es sich im Appartement sehr ruhig an. Die sehr zentrale Lage (Bushaltestelle 20m, Mini-Supermarkt 20m, Italiener 20m) lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Das British-Museum ist zu Fuß zu erreichen! Die zahllosen "Pret-a-manger"-Lokale bieten besten Frühstücksservice. Eines davon ist direkt ums Eck.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war tadellos! Auch das für 3 Uhr morgens reservierte Taxi kam pünktlich, dank der Hilfe des tagsüber anwesenden Concierges. Die Wohnung war sauber. Einzig fürs Badezimmer gibt es einen kleinen Minus-Punkt. Küche ist top ausgestattet. Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Auch das W-Lan funktionierte größtenteils. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Tipp: Don´t miss the "Stable-Markets" in Camden!

Séjour parfait dans un appartement standing, un propriétaire a l'écoute, appartement tres bien situé dans Londres à proximité de tout... Les photos sont conformes à l'appartement.

Clean, safe, spacious, well-equipped.

My husband, two adult children and I spent three comfortable days here. Location is good (near the tube), it was especially well-equipped, clean, spacious, well-priced. Email communication with the owners was clear and prompt.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Perfect for families with young children.

Just returned from our short stay. I've never booked an apartment in london before and we stayed for four days with our three children. The apartment was perfect for our stay and the location was ideal for getting around and seeing the sites of london.

From start to finish i was very happy with our stay at Herbal Hill Gardens. The landlords David and Sue are very helpful with any queries you may have and responded to all emails promptly. We travelled by car as we have a young baby, and there is on site parking available which was very helpful to us. I was met there by Thomas on reception, who helped with the parking and throughout our stay was very helpful and polite.

The area of Farringdon itself is lovely, with a pick of restaurants and bars which are all very accomodating to young families. The apartment is also yards away from Farringdon tube station, so making getting around london extremely easy.
