Sala de estar e sala de jantar (quatro lugares). Uma grande janela / porta deslizante dá acesso ao grande terraço, de onde você desfruta de vistas deslumbrantes sobre o mar e o Estreito de Gibraltar. Cozinha totalmente equipada, televisão por satélite e cofre. Propriedade remodelada para um estilo moderno no início de 2018. Piscina cercada por jardins bem cuidados com acesso directo a "La Fontanilla Sandy Beach". Os banhos de sol são fornecidos na área da piscina. Lugar de estacionamento privado na garagem do edifício, situado na Rua Camilo Jose Cela, a melhor localização central de Marbella, no passeio pedestre da praia, que liga a cidade com a mundialmente famosa Marina 'Puerto Banus'. O apartamento em frente à praia edifício 'Caesar Imperator "tem na sua vizinhança imediata de todas as comodidades, as lojas mais bonitas, restaurantes, bares, supermercados e lojas gourmet. A Marina de Marbella e um belo parque ficam a uma quadra de distância, a encantadora cidade velha com uma vasta selecção de "bares de tapas" e restaurantes a poucos minutos a pé. A atmosfera perfeita para diversão e relaxamento.

Apartment had everything one needs. Beautiful view and right on the beach
We felt home the entire 6 weeks. Very nice people in the entire building. Great concierge. Carlos was the gracious host and we just enjoyed every bit of our stay. Very centrally located , near the shops and markets and restaurants.
We definetly will go back again.
Marbella er en skøn ferieby, placeringen af boligen er rigtig god, men da Imperator er omkring 40 år trænges der kraftig til vedligeholdelse/forbedringer. Køkkenredskaberne var meget mangelfuld. Panderne var så runde i bunden at de stort set var ubrugelige. Pudset i entréen faldt ned flere steder, håndklædestangen var faldt ned, dårlig belysning da flere pære var sprunget, ingen vejledning til TV, Ingen WIFI i lejligheden men kun i lobbyen og den fungerede dårligt og var tit ude af drift. Sengene i værelset var meget korte og dårlig at ligge i. Sengetøjet var gammelt og slidt.
Der er godt med aften og natteliv, men der er meget støj indtil midt på natten.
Ejer og vicevært var flinke og hjælpsomme, men det kan dårligt opveje ulemperne.
Vi rejser gerne til Marbella igen men vil finde en anden bolig hos HomeAway.

Fui por que parecia que la casa estaba muy bien y porque aceptaban perros. No me defraudo. La casa limpia, bonita y no le faltaba ningun detalle.

Marbella and location of property was outstanding. We were a 2 minute walk to beach and view from condo was outstanding. We cannot say enough about the location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and any convenience you can think of. The walk to historic area of Marbella was within 15 minutes. The boardwalk was better than anything we have seen in either the French or Italian Riviera. If these are the only things you care about, this is the property for you.
The actual condo building is clean but interior is in need of a little renovation but is not bad. The indoor parking was good and building is secure. The condo itself is spacious, a good size 2 bedroom and a good size bathroom area. The general impression is that the condo needs a new paint job and kitchen could do with some updating. If you are staying here for only a couple of days, you can put up with some of the deficiencies but for longer stays, some corrections are required, and would not be difficult.
1/ Needs internet connection in condo. Only available in downstairs lobby and this was not always reliable. Major drawback.
2/ Beds are uncomfortable. If trying to get return customers or elevated reviews this needs to be corrected.
3/ Lack of instructions as to how various things work in condo. There are heating panels on walls ( which we figured out on day 2 ) as middle of March 2016 was quite cool. We finally saw a switch on a panel in living room and each of 2 bedrooms. (needs instructions )
4/ Toilet kept running after flushing.
5/ Linen was thread bare.
6/ TV system difficult to operate. ( needs instructions )
This property has potential but needs an overhaul. If improvements were made based on above comments ( even if price increase ) would stay again.

Fabulous location with great sea views from both the living room and main bedroom.
Very secure entrance to apartment building with electric shutter blinds to both main windows of the apartment. Secure electonically operated gates to underground car park, keeps the car lovely and cool.
Walk out of the apartment and within 1 minute you are on the beach and among a huge selection of really nice bars and restaurants, with a large supermarket 2 minutes away. Sometimes kitchens don't have may utensils - this has everything.
There is a really pleasant atmosphere around the area and you feel very safe even when strolling along the lovely prom late at night.
Carlos and his brother were really helpful and were always only a call away if you needed to ask for anything.
Located on first line beach row in Marbella Centro this appartment was on the 8th floor and gave stunning views of the sea. The appartment was spacious and functional. The addition of satalite TV was appreciated. The downsides to the facilities was the bathroom which was dimly lit and the shower head was situated too high to use hands free. The other niggle was the fact that we stayed there for 12 days and no cleaning maintainance ( bedding change, towels) was performed. We normally expect this function to be preformed once per week. The appartment did not have air conditioning but relied on the through air flow from the sea which was OK during the day but the nightime was hot. Partially offset by the provison of a fan. All other aspects of the appartment was great.
Marbella itself is wonderful for a holiday. Restaurants a plenty catering for all tastes and at all rates. Beaches are a sunworshippers paradise and appartments' pool was an excellent altenative if you don't like sand in your toes. Marbella offers excellent shopping facilities for those who need retail therapy when on vacation.
Plenty of bars and cafes to refresh onese;f at any time day or night.
If you don't drive then the local transport system is very good and very cheap. Bus anywhere local costs 1.16 Euro single fare.
I would recommend staying here to anyone wishing a relxing holiday to switch off from the day to day pressures.
Marbella goza de um clima ameno durante todo o ano e oferece uma grande variedade de melhores atrações. Considerado 'Paradise Golf', mais de 20 campos de golfe estão dentro de 30 minutos de carro. Algumas outras atrações: Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marine Park, "Tivoli" show & parque de diversões, golfinhos assistindo na linha reta de Gibraltar. Uma hora de carro para lugares históricos como Ronda, Granada ou as impressionantes cavernas de Nerja.
