This charming property is a 'paradise' where you can spend unforgettable holidays, immersed in nature.
The magnificent view
Having breakfast on the terrace when the sun rises
A terrace, a glass of good wine and a beautiful sunset
Tranquility, the scent of nature and the chirping of birds
So enjoyed our real slice of Tuscan living during Easter 2009. Such a beautiful setting and so tranquil. Amazing local people who are so truly friendly. Car is essential for the location of the villa. The owners are fantastic and went out of thier way to make our stay a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this villa.
(pisa,firenze,lucca, ext )
We were looking for a villa which was in walking distance from a town, suitable for young children and with a swimming pool. Very nice house and well equiped. The owners, Grazia and Gianmarco are warm and friendly people and they help you wherever they can. Big garden with well maintained swimming pool and nice places to sit and relax. Very quiet environment and close to many beautiful places Florence, Pisa, Siena and so more to visit.
The owner was lovely. He greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco Valdobbiadene ;-). We had a fantastic time at this house! The property is beautiful and totally holds up to its promises. The apartment was great, the pool and outdoor dining areas fabulous! The owners were very friendly and helpful! I definitively recommend
The surrounding area offers its visitors many opportunities to spend their holidays, walks, visiting the art cities of Tuscany, tast the local products such as wine and olive oil, tasting festivals, cultural events and artisans market that occur throughout the year.
San Gennaro is a small village placed on the hills of Lucca at only 2 km from Collodi with the famous Park of Pinocchio and 14 km from Lucca the birthplace of Puccini, a medieval town surrounded by an impressing fortification perfectly preserved.
It is an excellent location to visit the famous art towns of Tuscany:Florence, Pisa, Siena. You can enjoy also the famous thermal baths of Montecatini at 16km and Bagni di Lucca at 28km, or the beaches of Viareggio at 35km and Forte di Marmi at 45km away.
The village San Gennaro is a little corner of Tuscany immersed through olive grove and vineyard, still genuine and all to discover, with tight roads but full of fascination and history. The church, beyond an intrinsic importance, enclose a fascinating angel recently attributed to Leonardo da Vinci. The houses are set in a silver-tipped olive grove and have a magnificent panoramic view over the peaceful hills.
