We spent 4 days in this apartment and were very happy with it : very good location , near Chelsea and its animated restaurants, not far from the Thames (we took a boat to go to the Tate Gallery) , it was just 5 minutes walk to the wharf, nice new district.
The residence is located in a quiet side street from Kings Road. The place is surrounded by architect studios, auctions sales, antiques boutiques, decoration boutiques. Very nice ! Bus stops are either in the steet or on Kings Road, within 2 mn walk. West Brompton underground is 10 mns through the nice park of the cemetery .
The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor; We had view on the internal yard of the residence. The only thing is that, being in the centre of the town, it's not as quiet as we could imagine (we are living in a smaller town, not exactly in the center of the city) : we can hear some rumor of buses, planes.
The apartment itself is really well distributed, full of light.Beds are good. Bid bedroom with big closet. The kitchen is well equipped and separate.
Some improvements could consist in adding some dishes : 1 or 2 big salad bowls, a baking dish. The bathroom is big and benefits from a big bathtub. (that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5).
Overall , the apartment was clean, and there was plenty of pillows, linnen, bathroom towels provided .
I would definitely recommend this address and we were really very well wellcome and treated by the owner's representative.

Stayed for 6 nights as part of a tour as a couple. Chose this as convenient for commuting Chelsea and Kensington area. 2 mins walk to local train where trains run every 2-3 mins up until midnight. Buses are close to apartment as well.
This apartment is very clean with modern appliances so all areas were clean and new looking. Large living room with modern bathroom etc, flat screen TV with the usual options.
Overall a good location to explore London and staffs were most helpful
5 minutes walking to Earls Court or 2 minutes to West Brompton Station, Bus is very close. You can walk to the park, Store, pubs and cafe are also near the apartment. Apartment is good enough for families. The living room with sofa is very convenient and comfortable. The system of check in to enter apartment works well and very quick. Compering to other hotels it was warm welcome at our arrival. Apartment is high standard clean. You have practically everything you need in the apartment, even washer and dryer.
I recommend this apartment to families and to all tourists. Very comfotable and reasonable price at such a great location!

We stayed for 3 nights at this flat. Photos looked promising along with the location. The site and the emails we got seemed professional. Unfortunately these have nothing to do with the reality. 1) Location is the only positive thing as it is 2 minutes from the tube. 2) The property was not well maintained. Everything seemed aged and most importantly dirty. When we arrived, 45 minutes earlier than in the check in tie (15:00) the flat was in a horrible condition, and the cleaning (which we paid a significant extra amount for) did not start until 15:30. As a result we have doubts whether the flat had been properly cleaned. For example there were stains on the sheets. 3) The sofa bed was in a horrible condition. The pillows were torn, the mattress was dirty and stained as well as very thin. 4) Only the first 2 photos are from the actual apartment itself. 5)When we asked the customer service to change us to a better flat, we never got an answer. In addition, the man who was in the reception (which was actually a courier office) said that he is not working for the company who owns the flat so he could not help us (?)! Imagine if there was an emergency with the flat. We would have been left helpless. Overall, Brompton house charges the ridiculous amounts per night (including discount!) for this horrible flat, without the cleaning. Their service was so bad that I will be very hesitant to book anything from Home Away again. I would definitely not recommend it to any one.
Nous déconseillons de passer par cette agence Brompton House : pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ni lors du départ (alors que nous sommes arrivés en pleine après-midi, l'employé nous a remis les clés dans leur bureau situé au rdc de l'immeuble, mais ne nous a pas accompagné dans l'appart situé au 1er étage). Nous sommes restés 6 jours, le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné, nous l'avons signalé à plusieurs reprises mais personne n'est venu réparer. Mauvaise surprise à notre retour en France, nous avons reçu un mail incendiaire nous reprochant d'avoir laissé l'appart dans un état lamentable (ce qui est totalement faux). Nous avons été débité d'une partie de la caution sans aucun justificatif et ceci malgré nos contestations par échange de mail. Pas sérieux, voir ailleurs !

Compras: Kensington High Street, Kings Road ou apanhar o comboio do lado de fora do apartamento direto a Westfield (da Europa mais novo e maior shopping center)
