432 Barrett Drive is conveniently located just 1 mile from Kingsbury Grade (Hwy 207). Kingsbury Grade is known for being a good road and the fastest, shortest, and most direct route in and out of South Lake Tahoe. You'll find Lake Tahoe's largest and best casinos at the bottom of the Grade. And for those heading to Heavenly Ski Area's Nevada ski lifts, they're right at the summit of Kingsbury Grade. No Town Crossings:

Parking Info: All Park vehicles must have a parking pass (attached) and must be on-site, i.e., garage, driveway, hard surface parking areas or assigned common lots from 9pm to 8am. No street parking is allowed during these hours. Many areas in Tahoe prohibit street parking at all times, especially during winter months (October to May).
Trash: Please do not feed the wildlife as it may imperil the animals. We have a bear box that should be used.
