Isolado deck da piscina, sala de jogos, selecione condomínio fechado

Nossa 4 cama de luxo villa está a apenas 15 minutos de carro da DisneyWorld, e 30 minutos de parques temáticos universais. É em um condomínio fechado de seleção, Cumbrian Lakes, que tem uma área de recreação infantil e à beira do lago caminhadas. Piscina de frente para o sul da villa tem vista para uma área de conservação florestal, e hedges entre nós e nossos vizinhos significa que o deck da piscina tem uma atmosfera isolada a ele.

A garagem foi convertida em uma área de jogos, com mesa de sinuca e air hockey e mesas futball.

A propriedade é mantida a um nível muito elevado - nos últimos dois anos que teve tapetes novos, novos produtos da linha branca na cozinha, a parte externa foi pintada com a superfície da piscina foi repintado.

A perfect stay in a Great Villa

Well appointed and very comfortable house, on Cumbrian Lakes. As we used to live in the area, it felt like we were coming home.

We really couldn't find fault with anything in the place, everything worked, nothing was broken, and when we needed the Management company to come it (which we did twice for minor problems) they came by very quickly. The Pool area was totally secluded and although there were other properties close by, it was never a problem.

We opted for the pool heating and with air temperatures in excess of 90F most days of our stay we had to call out the management company to turn down the heat, it was so effective.

Overall we couldn't find fault and would certainly consider re-booking for next year.

Two suggestions!!

Personally I would have preferred Wireless Internet as this makes web connection more portable, but I took a spare 15m cable with me to compensate for this. also we found that there apeared to be a number of spiders webs outside and noticed that spiders seemed to be coming from inside the pool enclosure. Not a problem though.

Finally I would have no hesitattion in recommendingthis House to anyone considering a Vacation in Kissimmee,

Fabulous villa

We have just come back from a great two week stay at Cumbrian Lakes. The villa is very spacious , spotlessly clean both inside and out and had everything anyone could possible need. The south facing pool and pool area are perfect. Cumbrian Lakes is very convenient for shops, restaraunts and the parks. We found Graham very helpful and brilliant to deal with and we will definitely return to this home when we return to Florida.

Great and nice house

We are from Aruba and we stayed in this house from 17th of December until 3rd of January 2016. Our first impression was "Wow, what a clean house and very nice decorated and taken care off". There were many details that was so nice about the decorations but the best thing that we found there was a small X-mas tree that brought the X-mas Spirit in the house. A very nice detail. The house was as described online and from the beginning we had a very good communication with the owner and everything went smooth. We enjoyed the house especially the bikes. The children and the grown-ups will go for a ride every morning in order to stay in shape..haha. It was truly an amazing time at an amazing house. Thank you Graham for everything.

Extremely well-maintained family villa!

We were very hesitant renting from someone out of the US but after speaking with owner we were put at ease. The owner was quick to respond to questions and/or concerns.

The villa has been well maintained - not run down from being "over-rented". The pool is private which is appreciated. We asked to have it heated as it was cool in the mornings and evenings. The half-bath out by the pool was helpful so our kids didn't have to go into the house wet. Appreciated the flat screen TVs and DVD players in each room. The game room was well kept and fun! We even enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood.

I would have given the villa a 5-star but we had a some minor issues with supplies. We did not see that the home is considered "self-catering" on the US website. We later learned from mgmt co. that "self-catering" means renters provide their own wash cloths, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, washing detergent, etc. They give you a small supply to get you started but renters are expected to restock as needed. Before checking out at 10am, renters are asked to wash all bath linens, strip beds and take out all trash.

After visit, we did share these concerns with owner and he was very open to our point of view. Not sure of outcome but would suggest that renters ask what is expected of them. Some renters may not be able to pack all the extra supplies, or afford the extra cost to supply the items.

However, their is still more positive things to say about the villa then there is negative. Just be sure to ask what is expected of you. We do hope to stay here again sometime and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area

We'll clarify that on the US website. We have read our management company's booklet and it asks for visitors to leave the beds unmade and, if you have time before leaving, to place towels in the washing machine. We are sorry that you misinterpreted this and we hope that it didn't spoil your last day. Wonderful Villa!

This villa surpassed our expectations! It was clean, spacious and felt like home. Furnishings and decorating are very nice. The pool offers great privacy, and is just beautiful. I highly recommend this villa to families, as well as couples looking for a get away. The owners were a pleasure to work with!

Excellent Villa

We have rented villas on Cumbrian Lakes in the past but this is by far the best. It is exceptionally clean and well furnished. The pool and lanai area is maintained in great condition. The owners have paid attention to detail which makes all the difference.

We shall most definitely be booking again in the future.
