Inside Gin & Tonic:
The first floor living room has plenty of seating to watch TV, movies or sporting events on the new Smart 55" TV or just converse over cocktails. Dining, kitchen and 1/2 bath are located on this floor as well as the 1st floor King Bedroom Suite. This bedroom offers lots of privacy and it's own living space which includes a King size bed, 45" TV, seating area to read or relax. Fall into cool, crisp, luxurious bedding after a day of sunshine. This suite is perfect for extended families or anyone with limited mobility.
The Second Floor provides a comfy seating area for reading, relaxing or unwinding after a day at the beach. The bunk room is kid friendly with 3 bunks, twins, and a jack and jill bath tub/shower combination. This room also has a fooseball table! Each bunk has it's own lighting! This is the perfect spot for children or adults and contains a flat screen TV. Also on the 2nd floor is a Master suite which offers a luxurious King size bed with upscale linens, a flat screen TV, and ensuite. If you have to work, there is a desk area. The adjoining master bath provides all the amenities and deluxe toiletries so travelers can pack light, walk in shower, double vanity, and large walk in closet with window and chair for a comfy/cosy reading/relaxing area. A queen bedroom on this floor also provides plush bedding, a flat screen 40" TV, and jack and jill bath with shower/tub combo, double vanity. Blow Dryer and deluxe toiletries are provided.

Front porch has an outdoor dining table, as well as rocking chairs to relax. Gin & Tonic also has backdoor porch and a backyard patio with grilling area, gas fire pit and seating!

If you require organic essentials, yoga, a massage, homemade ice cream, or fresh baked yummies, all are within a block. A short drive to Publix and Wal-Mart, but an easy walk to family friendly, delicious, local restaurants without pretense.
Miles of biking and walking trails await, or hop on the trolley and enjoy a leisurely ride from one end of 30A to the other. Big Daddy's bike shop is right across the street so don't bother bringing a bike, special arrangements have been made where u may rent one for any age or purpose for a day, or the week, and we offer a 15% discount for rentals!

Dedicated laundry room upstairs on the second floor. Appointed with hardwoods throughout. Everything in this home is upscale! And an enclosed Hot/Cold outdoor shower to privately rinse off in after a swim.

This Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood is tucked back enough to be surrounded by our glorious Florida nature but also convenient to everything including Redfish Village, Banking, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Beach Access, Grayton Beach State Park, and the always awesome local's favorite Red Bar.
