A partir de Jefferson City, indo do Sul na Auto-estrada 54, tome negócios 54 em Lake Ozark sobre Bagnell Dam à estrada HH, West. Alguns sistemas de GPS irá dizer-lhe para ligar Susan Rd. Não faça isso. Vá ½ milha passado Susan para o próximo cruzamento e vire para Carol Rd e siga cerca de 1 -1 ½ milhas. Estamos no lado esquerdo da rua. The condo was large and spacious. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, dishes and spices. All of the appliances were modern and the washer and dryer were really nice and clean. We had plenty of room for us plus company that we had over one night. We like the fact that each bedroom had it's own entry way onto the screened in patio. We also like that there was an outside deck area that was not covered. This condo had everything that we could have wanted. We also used the pools almost everyday. The pools and pool areas were very clean. We used pool 5 more than any of the others and we used the grill a couple of times that is covered over by pool 5. The grill was well kept. The property managers were very easy to work with. The owner was very easy to work with. If we are in the need for a larger condo again in the future we will rent this condo again.
We just returned from a week's stay at this condo and everyone in our family enjoyed it. The condo is very roomy and decorated so warmly. The kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have cable and wifi. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. The pool and work out room are under new ownership at the hotel so they do charge daily per person to use their facilities which were not really worth it. There is a small pool and grill a short walk from the condo and that was free and just as good. The POA office has 2 bikes you can use free of charge. This was our first time in the Lake Ozarks area and we were surprised by how spread out everything is. You definitely need a car to get to the lake (which Jeff warned us about), and to most of the nicer pools and golf courses. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and that was the best! We caught multiple catfish and swam in one of the cleanest lakes I've ever been in. We visited Casa de Loco Winery which was quite an adventurous drive but well worth it and ate their wood fired pizza and drank Casa Cooler and Cabernet in their cave! We also ate at several area restaurants mentioned in the other reviews which we weren't too impressed with. But we found a gem called Shrimp Daddy's in Sunrise Beach. It was amazingly delicious! Make sure to get the bacon wrapped shrimp and grilled pecan pie! We ate breakfast on the lanai each morning and were greeted by deer and a beaver or two. Be sure and bring your binoculars. The woods were very interesting off the deck. Jeff was very helpful with questions and directions. Thank you for a lovely week!
We were so pleasantly surprised by this updated condo! Well furnished, immaculate, well maintained and FULLY stocked. We came here for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location. I don't have one negative thing to say about this condo and you will NOT be disappointed if you book this place for your stay.

We arrived at the condo and found it to be so well-stocked with items in the kitchen from spices to coffee, tea, paper towels, cooking ware, cutlery and dish soap! The laundry room had detergent and dryer sheets. The bathrooms were also well stocked including aspirin and other health related products.
We couldn't hear our neighbors unless they played music really really loud. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of the trees and lake down below. I enjoyed watching the birds swoop to the neighbor's feeder.
The lanai was spacious and comfortable and the outdoors deck was an added bonus for entertaining. The master bedroom bathroom had probably the smallest jet tub we've ever seen but it worked! It was very nice to have televisions in all the bedrooms in case someone wanted to watch another program. Because we were there 'off-season' we had a 35% discount at the Glencove Marina in renting a pontoon. Lots of fun! The outlet mall nearby was absolutely huge. Many great restaurants, from Bentley's to Baxters and our favorite, JB Hooks who offered amazing icecream brandy alexander and icecream mudslide drinks.Our favorite grocery store was Hy-Vees.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at Lake Ozark and at this condo. We would love to stay here again if traveling to Lake Ozark.
This was our first time visiting the Ozarks. We loved our condo! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We have three teenage boys and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and not be on top of each other. Having all the swimming pools to choose from on the property was very nice! We never had to share a pool!! The only thing we found lacking was not having an outdoor grill. We ate alot of meals at the condo and would have really enjoyed a grill.The customer service we received from Jeff was out of this world! Would definately recommend this property to others!

No pets allowed, must be 25 years of age to rent. Down payments are refundable up to 30 days prior to the first rental date, and all funds are nonfundable within 30 days of the first rental date. Normal Check out time is 10:00 am, if I have no one coming in that day, I am willing to extend it. To guarantee a late check-out, you can pay $50.00 and then check out by 2:00 PM.
Can be paid with credit card. A 3% charge will be added to help cover that cost or payment can be by a check/money order. $300 is needed to hold the rental, with the final balance due 30 days in advance of the rental. Down payments can be returned up to 30 days prior to the rental date and all funds are considered non-returnable within 30 days of the rental.
