Este encantador condomínio está a poucos passos para fora você porta de restaurantes e lojas. Estamos localizados no coração do distrito histórico Manitou. Você terá estacionamento fora da rua. Manitou tem sido um destino de férias desde o final de 1800 e dá-lhe esse de um tipo para fora experiência oeste.
Nosso condomínio oferece uma bela cozinha completa atualizado com bancadas em granito e todas as comodidades. O andar de cima exibe belos pisos refinished madeira, colchões cama queen-size no quarto principal e uma casa de banho encantador recém-atualizado. A decoração é um belo motivo sudoeste e espanhol para completar a sua experiência fora férias oeste. O segundo quarto oferece uma encantadora cama de rodízio, o sofá na sala de estar acomoda uma cama queen-size. Você também tem uma pequena sala no andar de cima da família, por isso, se você tem filhos, você tanto pode ter uma TV para o seu entretenimento.
Estamos a poucos minutos do Jardim dos Deuses, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, The Cave of the Winds, The Pikes Peak Cog Train, Pólo de Santa Norte, Old Colorado City, no centro de Colorado Springs e da Academia da Força Aérea. Há muitas mais atracções e amenidades de experimentar na nossa área.

My husband and I stayed at Reed's Retreat for an extended weekend, and this condo completely made our trip. Staying in the heart of Manitou was fun and convenient -- particularly the included parking spot! Everything about the condo was great: full kitchen (we mainly just used the fridge, but having the option to cook is great!), new carpet downstairs, two TVs, comfy beds, nice bathroom. We visited a ton of breweries in the area, the zoo and Santa's Workshop, and we wandered around town for ice cream and dinner. Our stay was so nice that we discussed making this a regular trip, and booking Reed's Retreat as our home base. The only drawback was the bar across the street playing loud music until fairly late (after 11 pm) -- not a big deal, and we were able to sleep just fine regardless. We'll be back!
Linda made our trip so easy! All we had to do was show up and her smile set the deal. What a great little location just at the end of the street. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the local fare and scenery as we spent time in the area for a family wedding weekend. There wasn't a thing more we could have asked for!

Didn't spend to much time in the rental. It was nice and comfortable. Felt more cozy upstairs as at night anyone can look through the door window. Kitchen had everything I needed.
Bed upstairs was very comfortable. The only negative I would have to say is that it needs a better cleaning. Cobwebs in the kitchen ceiling. Bathroom vent in the ceiling looks like its never been cleaned which made it feel dirty. I would stay there again. Owner very nice.
Linda's place was a little tight for 3 adults and 3 children, but otherwise was great; clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the shops and Arcade in Manitou Springs, and less than 15 min drive to the other attractions we enjoyed (Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, the Cog train to Pikes Peak, etc.). Linda's condo was a great surprise! The location was perfect - minutes from the Cog train up Pike's Peak, the Incline, Garden of the Gods, the Penny Arcade, and more. There is a park and playground with a gorgeous creek running through it right across the street, which is perfect for families with young kids. There's another awesome park a short walk away as you wander through downtown. And for those who are playing Pokemon Go! there are two Pokestops accessible from within the condo as well as tons of stops and a few gyms within walking distance as you explore downtown. Parking was a breeze since it's literally right outside the door of the condo, and therefore right on the main drag of downtown Manitou. The nearest Safeway is about 5-10 minutes down the road and took care of all of our meal needs for the week. The trundle bed in the second bedroom was great for our two young kids and the queen size bed was great for my 6' 2" hubby and me. All in all, it was a great experience. Everything was clean and customer service was fantastic. We'll be back!
The apartment was nice, roomy, and well stocked for our needs. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. We didn't realize that is is connected to and directly behind the Reeds' business. So when we arrived we had to park behind the owners' two vehicles. Fortunately for us our going and coming worked out well or we would have been shuffling cars. You cannot park on the street, because it is all paid parking.
The other drawback is that the drive is extremely narrow and you have to back up to load and unload because there is a wood fence partially separating the apartment drive from the neighboring businesses drive. On the other side of the fence is the dumpsters for that business. So at 10:30 to 11:00 PM someone is dumping glass bottles and trash. The recycling/trash company comes at about 6:30 AM. There was also a loud machine noise all night one night. So if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.
On the other hand, it is fun to be able to walk from the apartment to the lovely downtown shops and restaurants. The furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable. The owners are very pleasant and their shop has really nice jewelry!
