Este 47m2 (ou 505 pés quadrados) apartamento está foi completamente renovado com as últimas tendências de cores e materiais. É central, brilhante e ensolarado, com pisos de madeira, incluindo no banheiro.
Entretanto, um lugar na moda em um edifício parisiense velho e romântico típico. Ele está localizado no quinto andar (sem elevador embora as escadas são fáceis de escalar). Você vai desfrutar da vista para a Torre Eiffel a partir do quarto. Ideal para um jovem casal com ou sem filhos, que vão rapidamente se sentir em casa!
Logo na entrada do prédio você tem uma vaga de estacionamento de 'Velib' (se patrocinado por cidade estação de aluguer de bicicletas). Uma maneira agradável e divertida para descobrir Paris.
Em alternativa e se você não se sinta como caminhada, você tem nada menos que 4 estações de metro a 300m em cada sentido. Também muitos pontos de ônibus.

We loved this apartment. So comfortable, bright and attractive. The neighbourhood can feed you for weeks there are so many restaurants as well as several food markets if you want to eat in. The stairs were only an issue when we got there the first day with our over packed(!) bags. It's close to many galleries and museums. The RER train from the airport goes right to St. Michel so you don't have to pay for a cab. We would happily stay here again and again.
The apartment was comfortable, well situated and secure. The views of the Eiffel tower were a bonus. St Germain de Pres is a great area of Paris.
Apartment easy to find and access. Everything needed for an extended stay was provided. Great having a washing machine.
I think most of the other 5 star reviews pretty much some up this property. Great Location. They clearly state that it is not a good option if you can't walk up the 6 flights of stairs and I agree. Wifi is a little slow, but otherwise it is a great value for your money. Philippe, returned our deposit straight away. If you are looking for a central Paris location, this is a great option.
This wonderful apartment is centrally located in easy walking distance of most of the desirable Parisian experiences. It includes a small but fully functional kitchen and everything needed to enable you to eat at home whenever and if you prefer. In addition, high speed internet, TV, a washing machine, and hair blow-dryer are provided. Excellent restaurants abound in the neighborhood. We especially recommend Sense, an Italian-vegetarian restaurant just down the street at 39 Rue Mazarin. In addition, French-style small supermarkets are nearby as are several good cheese shops, boulangeries, and takeout food shops. We attended wonderful concerts almost nightly in locations that included Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame, and the Eglise St. Ephrem – all within easy walking distance. Concerts can be inexpensively and quickly booked in advance on Classictic.com. Both Metro and RER access are conveniently available and you can get pretty much anywhere you want in Paris. A car is absolutely unnecessary. RER service from Charles de Gaulle Airport is fast and drops you practically on the apartment doorstep. Buy a round-trip RER ticket at the airport to and from the St. Michel station. That'll save having to do a separate return ticket when it's (sadly) time to go home. As others have mentioned, the five flights of stairs are definitely not for anyone who is mobility impaired or who would object to a bit of stair-climbing. It's work. That said, my wife and I are in our late 60s and had no difficulty at all. If you are reasonably physically active and willing to trade a little bit of hahard work for a spectacular opportunity to see Paris as the Parisians do, don't let the thought of the stairs dissuade you. Mr. Mauro, the apartment owner, and his property Manager, Ms. Janvier are a pleasure to work with. They were consistently prompt, honest, helpful and absolutely reliable in all their dealings. They both speak and write English fluently. By the way, in the 10 days we spent in Paris we were overwhelmed by the pleasant, helpful, gracious and welcoming behavior of Parisians in general. We stayed at the apartment for 10 days and it certainly was one of the greatest European stays we've ever experienced. Previously we've visited Switzerland, Italy, Scotland, and Greece. Paris was up there with the best and this apartment certainly contributed to the experience.
My 13 year old daughter and I rented this apartment between 21-28 of April and were very satisfied.
The first thing that I will mention and get out of the way immediately is the five flights of stairs as I know this has been an issue for others. If you have any kind of mobility issues or just don't look forward to climbing flights of stairs then you will not be happy with this apartment. We did not mind the stairs at all and I actually looked at the staircase as my Stairmaster/elliptical training that I was missing at the gym! The most daunting thing about the staircase is probably the first day when taking luggage up with you. I would not let the stairs dissuade you from staying here as the perks far outweigh the climb.
Right from the initial e-mail I sent Philippe, I found him to be responsive and genuinely concerned that you have a great stay in his apartment. Veronique met us at the apartment after our revival and showed us around and answered questions for us. She is also a great contact during your stay should you need anything.
Everything you will read in the apartment description is true; the Pont Neuf is only about 50 meters away and St. Michel station is a quick walk to catch the RER is the airport or other places around Paris. We did take the RER from Charles de Gaulle airport to the apartment and it was ridiculously easy. The apartment is about as centrally located to the heart of Paris as you can possibly get what with being right at the foot of the Ile de la Cite thus making for easy walks to the Notre Dame, the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Musee d'Orsay just to name a few places. Bus lines are also located near the apartment is taxis and metro are not your thing.
The apartment is perfect for two to three people. The living room is quaint with nice furniture and tasteful décor. While we never really used the kitchen other than to place things in the refrigerator it is very well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals or quick snacks. The main bedroom and bathroom are located up a flight of stairs and, by Paris standards, I think are very good sized. There is an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom! There is a great deal of natural light throughout the apartment both upstairs and downstairs. There are also hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment.
If looking for a great apartment centrally located to many Parisian activities, I would give this high consideration!
My husband and I spent 5 days at the apartment to celebrate our 5th anniversary and could not have been happier. The location is perfect for walking all over the city, one block from the Seine. The neighborhood has everything you could need and many excellent restaurants. We loved looking out the sky light windows at the Eiffel Tower at night. The 100 steps up the winding staircase were not problematic, especially if your don't have a lot of luggage. definitely worth the effort as the apartment is so cute and comfortable. We hope to come back again and stay longer for sure!
