This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king main bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less!

Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with memory foam topper and luxurious high thread count sheets. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The overhead ceiling fan makes it even more comfy. Enjoy your favorite shows on your big flat screen HDTV with cable. The large closets offer plenty of storage for your suitcases and clothing.

Relax in your beachfront tropically decorated great room on the queen sleeper sofa and man-sized leather recliner. Enjoy your favorite video or HDTV channels on the man-sized living room TV or stretch out with a beach novel from our collection. You can even surf by the surf with free high speed internet access.

Your bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a shower massage, a toilet and a single vanity. High end maple cabinetry with granite tops and updated lighting and mirrors make this bathroom great. There's a wall mounted hair dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is accessible from he main bedroom and the great room.

Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, beach swings, charcoal barbecues with picnic tables, lighted tennis/pickleball courts and shuffleboard and an on-site fitness center.

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
