PLEASE EXPAND THIS SECTION FOR IMPORTANT DETAILS/FAQS - This spacious end unit ocean block townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can accommodate large groups up to 14 people. We are only able to showcase one unit per listing, but I manage all the entire building if you have a group larger than 14 or need additional space. The townhouse is approximately 300 feet from the beach and has a large open kitchen/living room area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and cathedral ceilings. There is a washer & dryer, private enclosed 2 car garage, and exterior car port for a third car, a wrap around deck and several balconies. If you need more parking, there is free parking along 60th street near the building.

The townhouse is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.

The layout of the unit is as follows:
1st Floor – garage and entryway/foyer
2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed (also has twin trundle mattress underneath), 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room)
4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and private full bath w/walk in shower.

Linens – WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS OR TOWELS, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. The check in file will have contact information for a linen rental company. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.

Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins from May-September. An early check in may be possible in the offseason, but it needs to be confirmed with the property manager. Check out is at 10 am.

The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys. A detailed list of items to bring is included in the check in information file sent approximately one month prior to check in (or when booked for last minute bookings). The file will also have the lock code and access instructions, parking instructions, wifi, etc.

Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.

Generally Poor condition and unclean almost nothing provided.
Property was in general poor condition. The location is great but there were ants in the bedroom and blood in the bathroom and on a cushion. There seems to be a lot of water damage, all of the decks and balconies were mostly covered in bird poop. No toilet paper provided, no plates, no sheets, no towels, no toiletries, no soap, and pillows are awful. If the property was taken care of, cleaned, or had any amenities at all it would be a good place,

Pretty poor property
From the get go this place was very dirty. Old q tips, stains on floor and beds. This place needs major maintenance work. The chairs are broken, AC wasn’t working properly, bathroom toilets and faucets loose and coming off the walls. Dents in the doors. The garage door is manual and doesn’t lock. They had a crate of flooring in the garage that limited out parking space.The kitchen is barebones essentially you need to bring everything. Only redeeming feature is it’s proximity to the beach. That’s it.

Good place but needs update
We stayed here for our wedding weekend, As soon as we got there the code that was sent to us was not the right code and it took 2 tries to contact someone to get the right code, they had me put in 3 different codes before one worked. There is a pallet of flooring in the garage which definitely made it hard to park 2 vehicles and get in and out of them. The place is nice and roomy but 100% needs an update. It wasn’t the cleanest, in the single bed bathroom upstairs there was hair on the floor and in the shower. The kitchen was nice but no one could sit in the 2 chairs by the sliding glass door because they were cheap and broken. We had 11 people staying there and having limited living room seating was a struggle. Also the front door key pad did not work, we tried to press it and nothing happened. I did end up scrapping my foot at the bottom of the stairs in the living room because the flooring is peeling up. Overall, the stay was fine, but just some minor adjustments should be made. We did not call and complain only because I was more worried about my wedding on Saturday and we only slept there

Great location, but....
This townhouse is in a great location but it has some serious problems! It was not very clean, mirrors in bathrooms very dirty, floors not clean. The biggest problems were: no dinner plates, no serving plates or bowls, no forks, very limited pots and pans, "dining room chairs" were metal folding chairs, no living room chairs or chairs in the bedrooms, vertical blinds in bedrooms were missing multiple slats, living room sofa-bed is VERY lumpy. We notified the agent about the plates and forks and she sent the maintenence man with disposable plates and dollar store silverware. Also, there was a pallet of boxes of flooring in the garage so there wasn't any room for a 2nd car. This rental needs a major updating and an agent that actually visits the property to see how bad it is!
