Lovely apartment om a peaceful complex

This is a lovely and well equipped apartment on a beautifully maintained complex. The website photographs accurately reflect the accommodation and Lorreine (the owner) is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We most enjoyed the double balcony feature which offers sunny or shaded seating areas throughout the day. Both balconies are equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers are also provided for use in the communal grounds. The recently refitted kitchen and bathrooms also add a standard rarely found in holiday rentals.

The apartment overlooks the communal gardens/swimming pool and even in peak season provided a very peaceful space to relax in. Fellow holiday makers were a friendly bunch and we had a great break. Access to the complex is via controlled gates adding to an overall sense of security.

Playa Romana is the nearest beach and only 5 minutes walk away. It is a wide, sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea and therefore very safe for children.

Alcossebre town is a further 15 minutes walk away along the wooden coastal walkway. The town is still predominantly a Spanish tourist location and this is therefore reflected in the restaurant/bar/retail offer. There are plenty of good value eateries and bars throughout the town.

We have been to Alcossebre several times in recent years and love its traditional Spanish feel and La Senia is a super base from which to enjoy the area or have some wonderful R&R.

Superbe location

super appartement, très bien situé, très agréable , à recommander , tout près de la plage

pour être vraiment parfait un ventilateur au salon (ou dormaient nos enfants) serait appréciable, les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques , à l'écoute.

Nous avons tellement aimé que nous revenons l'an prochain

Had a lovely relaxing 9 days ( wasn't long enough ) in this fab apartment in a lovely quiet complex.. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.. Very clean and comfortable and set in lovely gardens with a fab pool.. Just a short walk down the road and your at the beach with a few bars/restaurants and a supermarket. A nice leisurely walk along the sea front and your into the lovely town on the promenade with plenty of bars/restaurants great for watching the world go by..The owners Lorreine and Dave were very helpful recommending places to visit and where to eat etc.. We hired a car but only used it a couple of times as we just wanted a do nothing holiday.. We would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.. In fact we are planning to go back next year to explore the area further..

Very roomy 1 bed apartment, set in a delightful small development, not far from sea.

Upper level apartment with lots of storage and two large balconies. These face east and west so that you can follow the sun or, as with us in a very hot June, hide in the shade. Bathroom and kitchen are new and very well equipped with everything needed, even for an extended stay.

There is a lovely pool and garden, which are both regularly maintained to a high standard, at least as good as most hotels. The neighbours are generally quiet, yet friendly so it is difficult to find anything not to like!

A lovely Apartment on quiet complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay here in mid April, the apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable, it's already been said that the freezer is very small and there is no microwave but these are only minor things especially if you eat out a lot as we did. This really is a lovely quiet complex but with the sea front & restaurants within a very short walk. Looking round the complex I think this is one of the best apartments as it has a balcony at the front and back so you can choose if you want to be in the sun or shade, the only downside to some maybe the steps up to the apartment but all in all we can definitely recommend staying here. Lorreine & David the English owners gave plenty of information as to recommended places to eat and where to find local supermarkets etc which was also reinforced by a visitors book which was also very helpful. Alcossebre itself is a lovely area with plenty of other places to visit without having to go too far. I'm sure it won't be too long before we will be returning.

Very nice place , quiet and near the beach

It's a perfect place to be, quiet and peaceful with my family.

The apartment is pleasant and ordered well with its 2 terraces.

The bathroom is practical with its Italian shower.

The ventilator is pleasant in the bedroom, on the other hand would be needed one in the lounge so that the children can sleep also.

In the kichen the fridge is a little small to put everything but we had fortunately an icebox.

I missed a little a microwave and the electric coffee maker...

But we were so much in a wonderful place that it really has no importance!

The swimming pool is wonderful for children and adults .

And we can find everything you need (beach, restaurant, supermarket, ...)without take the car every day.

we will be back next year !!!
