Idealmente localizado a apenas 2-3 minutos a pé da praia favorita em Antigua. A vista 62 é uma moradia de 2 quartos, 2 casas de banho ideal para um ou dois casais, ou casais com crianças. Nossa casa está totalmente mobilada com todas as comodidades, incluindo ar condicionado, ventiladores de teto, TV via satélite / cabo e DVD, acesso à internet de alta velocidade, máquina de lavar roupa e muito mais.
A moradia é separada e separada, oferecendo solidão e romance.

Our 2 weeks here were wonderful, we were well looked after by Alicia, the property was very clean, and the views over Dickenson Bay were so good.Plenty of good local restaurants, and a large supermarket is only a short drive. I would recommend this to anyone - my only complaint it was just too hot sometimes !!!!
The most disgusting place I have stayed for a long time . Owner and management need to know what luxury means!!! As advertised on line.
I could write a book about it , how dirty ,unhygienic and unsafe the place is.
This shack is completely run down all the way from the 70's or maybe older.
I should have rented a tree house and had the same view for that price (big deal)
I didn't even stay the 3 nights and to relocated somewhere else.
The only correct things were the bedrooms ,simple and resonabaly clean but It's the place where you spend the less time when you rent a villa with a dirty pool and unsafe deck terrace with a broken half empty hot tub with all the smelly dirts creating a super nice mosquitoes nest !! How lovely,,
The house was not ready when I moved in ,smelly trash bags by the entrance with flies, very dirty sink in the kitchen with rotten old sponge ,broken dirty old fridges ,broken electrics plug ,very old over used furnitures in main salon ,lamp shade which I wrote on (CLEAN )
Broken gutters which licks whole day and create a water pond , another mosquitos nest)
The tiling around the pool by the front of the house are the wrong type ,can not walk on it with wet shoes or feet ...I mean REALLY .?? so unsafe for kids .
I had a small shock when un Pluged my phone and realized that it was linked to a broken plug.
An old trash bag from the previous stay was left on the terrace ,which I later fiound out that it was a bathroom bin as i couldn't find any new one in the house ,ah hygienic!
The deck terrace shecked for a split second when I was seating on it the first evening ,quickly realize that it wasn't horizontal and it probably on his way out soon due to probably land slide ..?? Who knows ,is it safe .? Who knows considering the age of the property and the lack of maintenance and upgrading.
I also found out that you can't sleep if it rains Havely and often which is at all time here in the winter season .
The noise was so loud and intense ,I thought IRMA was back or I was sleeping right under a railway station .
And it does that 4 , 5 times a night .how do you sleep ?
Once again roof metal tiling and isolation far too old or just good enough for a shack.not so called luxury villa.
The house is painted pale blue grey ,not yellow as you see on the pics ,so let you guess when those were taken
AND AND the owner has the nerve to charge his customers for cleaning fee and a damage deposit .

Ken was an excellent communicator and was able to have everything set up for us. He arranged a driver for to/from airport. This was a quick 3 day get away to have some fun relaxing downtime with our family and this property facilitated that. We will back again soon.
It's exciting (or frightening?) arriving the first time in an unknown place withitout knowing if if somebody will be waiting for you at the the airport.
No address to go to, nor a telephone number to contact.
Fortunately a man was waiting for us and escorted us to the house.
I can say honestly that the house is located in an astonishing position,with a panoramic terrace and a turquoise sea below.
As soon as we arrived we tried to find the dishwasher in the kitchen (as written in VRBO.com).
As we didn't find it, we switched off the lights, it was more romantic, and, above all,, saved our money, wich would help us avoid paying for electricity when we left.
Then we went to the bathroom annexed to the king size bedroom and discovered that it needed to be completey refurbished.
After we went to the swimming pool and had to step very carefully to avoiding breaking our legs, because of the slippery floor (that happened to to one person).
All in all, the villa is in a magìnificent position, the kitchen is fully equipped and the person who welcomed us was very helpful and friendly
We have enjoyed our stay in this confortable and complete house. With magnificent and pleasant views over the sea and beach. Excelent pool, terrace and wide rooms. 200 mt. from the beach. Highly recomended. Clean and well-maintained. We liked specially the activities related to the sea services and atractions.
Very disappointed with accommodation and location of villa. Needs total refurb. No shade in sitting room; shower room in need of new shower head and total refurb. No toaster. Bedroom curtains would not stay closed if window was open. Very noisy location due to Sandals. Dangerous plug in kitchen for kettle. However, wonderful island and lovely people.
