Pegue um táxi do aeroporto de 5 minutos e de ter chegado ao paraíso. Este condomínio surpreendente é no exclusivo hotel / condomínio ESJ Towers em Isla Verde. A unidade tem 2 quartos e 1. 5bathrooms tornando-se muito confortável. Cada quarto tem 2 camas de casal e sala de estar tem uma cama queen size, dando-lhe um total de 5 camas. Acesso à piscina é uma brisa porque a unidade está no mesmo andar que a entrada da piscina (a unidade não está ao nível do solo). A piscina é grande e tem uma abundância de cadeiras para relaxar e descontrair ao sol. Se você precisa de um cocktail não se preocupe, há um bar na piscina onde você pode pedir drinques e tê-los cobrada em seu quarto.
A praia fica literalmente a poucos passos de distância. Surfe da praia e praia de esticar-se para diversas milhas. Na praia poderá desfrutar de uma variedade de actividades, tais como jet skis, kite surf, surf no mar, parasailing, passeios de banana boat, vela e muito mais.
Dentro ESJ Towers existem várias amenidades adicionais. O ginásio e sauna está disponível para aqueles de vocês que querem trabalhar fora ou gosta de relaxar na sauna fumegante. This was our second stay at ESJ towers and our first time renting this condo. We will rent here again as the owner follows up to all questions, in timely, friendly and very helpful. The unit is as it is pictured, clean, updated and everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will not find a better value for the cost of this unit.
When we arrived at ESJ towers we were pleased to see the extensive renovations that had taken place in the lobby, elevators and the hallways. Last year was a great experience, but this made it more enjoyable. There is direct access to the beach from the lobby, a new bar and everything is new and bright.
The staff is very helpful and friendly and are always there to help you. You can make arrangements for day trips dinner suggestions or anything you need. If you decide to rent a car you even have free parking in the underground garage.
The pool is large and there are plenty of chairs for everyone. Enjoy the pool with life guard on duty , friendly staff and a bar that serves drinks and snacks. At two every day there is a bingo game with some great prizes. The beach is amazing and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach or rent a chair from ESJ towers for $2.00. Towels are also furnished for you. Lots of additional activities on the beach.
Restaurants are located within walking distance and there are a variety of choices. You can cook in, order a pizza or go out to eat and just relax. Casino located next store with some upscale night life.
We are looking forward to returning next year. This would also be a good choice for a shorter pre cruise stay to relax before the busy cruise.

No complaints with this accommodation. Exactly as advertised. Follow the expectations for care of the property outlined by the owner and I doubt you'll have any significant complaint here.The owners of this property provide crystal clear information to let renters know they expect you will respect their property while enjoying it. And from my perspective, that's perfect because you know you are renting a well cared for accommodation and everything is communicated up front. The building has a fine list of amenities. The unit and the building in general are kept very clean. The area has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within walking distance. Although the building is close to the airport we did not find this to b a problem. In fact after swimming all afternoon, our nine year old son liked to sit on the balcony and watch planes take off.We had lunch one day at the Lupi's restaurant just off the south end of the property and I had what might be the best pork burrito I've ever had in my life..and I had some good ones! We also ate at Hotties (my wife's choice!). Why they tart up their employees I just don't know - the food is a good enough draw and despite the unfortunate choice of staff "uniforms" the gals were all very nice and down to earth. Also not to be missed: Panadería y Repostería España. If you do not speak Spanish (we do not), don't be thrown off. It's a great place. A bit of a hike from the property but we walked nonetheless. Food and atmosphere: both awesome. They seems to have their own meat curing, their own bakery...quite an operation.
We loved our stay at the ESJ! The pictures are very accurate--the unit is clean and in good condition. The condo was spacious. It was nice to have the 2 bedrooms and living room versus going to a hotel. We were able to spread out and not feel so crowded like in a regular hotel room. The carpet is a little old but everything felt clean and fresh. The resort is one of the few in Carolina that is located right on the beach, which makes it easy for families with children who often go back and forth. Our girls (9 and 6) also LOVED the pool! The pool staff is helpful and always willing to set up chairs, umbrellas, etc. with a smile. The beach staff is the same way. It was nice not to have access to chairs, umbrellas to be set up on the beach. Also, great that you can order food/drinks at both the beach and pool area. The weather was perfect when we were there--the sky was so blue and the water too! The only complaints I have are that the fitness room is just ok--2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and free weights; it could have been better and needed some updating. A few upper body pieces of equipment. It wasn't terrible, just ok. Also, there are no organized activities for children, no family movie night by the pool, etc. that we have enjoyed at other resorts. They do play bingo at the pool every day so we did enjoy that. I think other activities would be well-received and appreciated. The life guard on the pool deck is great with the kids--my girls loved him. He works hard all day every day he is there. As for renting a car/getting around, we found Uber to be just fine. We avoided renting a car and paying the parking fee each day and used Uber for trips to dinner out, grocery store, and even church. Worked like a charm! One morning, we went next door for breakfast to the Marriot Court Yard--it was outstanding. Service was awesome and food was as well. We got there 45 min. before it opened (we couldn't find times of operation anywhere--just FYI it opens at 8a) and they let us in and made our food anyway! My husband got the breakfast flatbread (amazing!!) and I got an egg white omelets which was delicious as well.
We spent several glorious days at this beautiful condo. It was even better than described seeing is believing. Inside, homely and very comfortable.The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that is needed and the bathrooms had towels and hair dryers. The condo was spotlessly clean on arrival. Its location is perfect as you can be in downtown old san juan in about 10 minutes and then you can escape the madness and return to Heaven in a short space of time.
The beach is at your door step and the building has a really lovely park. We tried to get there every day and always brought a picnic lunch. Coming from a land-locked country the sight and sounds of the sea are always very special to us.
Outside, the pool area is an absolutely fantastic place to sit, from early morning with a coffee until late evening with a beer or a glass of wine after a tasty barbecue. It is such a relaxing place to be, watching the fish swimming in the ocean and even jumping. My husband and son saw a manta ray swimming past and our son was also lucky enough to see a manatee. We greeted the resident baby barracudas every morning and said goodnight to the resident starfish every night. Idyllic!
Suggestions for eating out: The Metropol Resturant was a place we enjoyed so much. It had authentic Puerto Rican food. The Mofongo there was soooo good. Another great place that we went to was called Oceano and it had very good sea food and meat plates.
An ferry trip to the Culebra is a must and it only cost $3.00 to get to the island. By far the most enjoyable and value for money trip had to have been for us the biobay tour which was in Fajardo for $75. Be prepared to get very wet though and it really would be a good idea to take some dry clothing. The water glows at night and it's just such an amazing experience.
Nancy was of the nicest, most genuine people we have ever had the good fortune to meet. It was always lovely to chat with her and she was very helpful when it came to trip suggestions and eating out. She us feel like friends, not guests and we hope that we can remain in contact even though we are back home in Austria.
We have already recommended this gorgeous condo to family and hope that they also take the opportunity to partake of this beautiful vacation home and its surroundings.
My daughter and I traveled to Puerto Rico for the first time, and we stayed at this apartment for a couple of nights. Everything was perfect. The interior of the apartment was clean and looked as depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the surrounding area was very quiet at night. Our days were packed with activities, and this apartment provided a wonderful haven at the end of each day. The beach is right in front on the building, and it stretches for miles; the apartment had beach towels and a sun umbrella for us to use. The property manager was also available immediately when we had any questions about the apartment. We truly enjoyed our stay here!
WALLS ARE DIRTY, ROACH, DUST AND GARBAGE, AIR FILTER NASTY NASTY DIRTY, LIKE HAVE BEEN LIKE THAT FOR YEARS, MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS, TRASH AND CHEAP SHEETS ON THE BED AND PILLOW CASE, WITH STAINS ON IT!!... WE SENT PICTURES TO THE OWNER AND HERE WHAT HE ANSWERED
Thank you for the images. The closet is a utility closet which you shouldn't be opening or using. This does not reflect the conditions of the rest of the property. You have sent me images of the wall that have been
scuffed and have luggage marks. This does not mean the property is notclean or has not been cleaned. It does relect we have had a lot of traffic in the property and we need to paint soon.
OUR RESPONSE: the Air condition closet does not reflect the conditions of the rest of the property, but you what, is our concern bcuz is the main important thing, we are sleeping here, and what come from there is the air that we are actually breathing and my kids, second that is a hygienic thing , are you going to pay for the medical cost if my kids get sick??? and also are you trying to tell me example. if there is a dead rat in the back of the stove , we should not be looking there, just use it and cook with the rat there. Please, just admit this apartment is in a nasty condition and you pretend the guest don't look how nasty is. if you don't want people see how NASTY is that filter and closet you should put a lock like you have in the dinning room closet. I can see you don't know nothing about hospitality, the guests (us) don't have any fault of all the traffic that you say you have of people staying here, Every new family that comes to stay here, should find the apartment in a excellent and best quality conditions. Or if was like that every hotel will be a nasty place to stay with all the wall nasty dirty, by the traffic that they use to have. If you charge a fee for maintenance, this apartment should be so clean as the main lobby of this building. And I took the pictures , more as a proof of the condition that we found this place, in case you think you gonna retain our deposit. Just to be clear.
