Traga ou alugar um barco e ter entrado no quintal, acesso de barco fácil de beira-mar bares / restaurantes / resorts, Parque nacional de Everglades (Nest Key, apartamentos, etc), baía protegida para tubing / esqui, e perto de Adams cortar para acesso ao oceano de snorkel / mergulhar nos recifes / destroços do Parque Nacional Pennekamp.
Praia comunidade privada com rampa para barcos 2 quadras, 2 bicicletas cruiser praia, 2 caiaques tandem, engrenagem da praia, enorme banheira de hidromassagem e avistamentos peixe-boi quase diárias no quintal para fazer muita diversão. 2 milhas para restaurantes beira-mar, nadar com os golfinhos, mergulho charter, pesca, mergulho e barcos Glassbottom. This house was perfect for our family vacation. It looks exactly as pictured. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. If you have never been to the Keys beach access is VERY important so this is a plus. The owners Alisa and Mark were great to work with and I received my deposit back within a few days. There are lots of beach towels, kids toys, games the bikes and kayaks were great as well. Taking the kayaks out in the morning to watch the sunrise was awesome. There are many restaurants close by and Publix as well. We did grill at the house a lot but Docks Diner was great for breakfast and close by as well. We rented a pontoon boat twice from Pontoon George and found him to have the best prices. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock right in the back yard. I would love to return to this house in the future and I have already recommended it to other friends. We have lots of memories to share in years to come from our week at this beautiful home in Key Largo. We were with my son, his wife and our 3 grandchildren ages five to nine.
We stayed for a week at this amazing home. The pictures do not do it justice; it was everything we expected and more. The house was easy to get to and in a quite neighborhood. The owners have everything you need right at the house, beach towels, coolers, beach toys & chairs, kayaks....you name it they have it. A lot of amazing restaurants within in 2 miles of the house too. The highlight of our trip was my daughters swimming with the manatees in the canal.
We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our experience staying at your home. From the detailed and timely communication prior to arrival, to the various instructions and tips posted around the property. The additional amenities, such as hot tub, bbq and kayaks allowed for my family to enjoy the Keys even if I had to stay in and work at times. The WiFi made it easy to conduct business, and the location in Key Largo made it very easy to get to business meetings. Having a store within walking distance was also a plus. If we find ourselves back in the Keys, we will most definitely be booking your place again.
We stayed for the month of February, 2016. The home was ideal for day trips to the State and National Parks: Pennekamp, Everglades, Biscayne, and multiple State Parks in the Upper and Middle Keys. There are two private parks on the water with boat ramps, beaches, Manatees and Dolphins, swimming and fishing. The canal provided entertainment with frequent Manatee visits, Herrons, Egrets, Pelicans, fishing, and friendly neighbors. The boat lift is very practical if you bring or rent a boat. The location is close to Publix and K-Mart with a traffic light accessible through the neighborhood, which is essential to turn north west on the Overseas Highway. The home is well kept and clean. The owners have tried to provide everything to make your vacation enjoyable: Kayaks and Bikes, a modern hot tub in the lower level along with TV (we watched our home-team Bronco's win Super Bowl 50) and couches in the screened-in recreation area.
A single car garage provides a sheltered area to prepare fishing tackle, pack coolers, and make any repairs during the stay. The propane grill was clean and we prepared many meals with it. The front door uses a coded lock, so you are not having to keep track of house keys.
It was a very enjoyable stay.
You can tell people actually live here. Everyone in our party was very impressed. This is the best rental home we have ever stayed in. It was so clean, so well kept, so stocked we really felt at home. When Mark called and asked us to replace the batteries in one of the motion detectors, we found that the problem was a bit of corrosion in there - we cleaned it up and got it working. We set up the smart TV in the master bedroom too. When a home is so well kept you feel a responsibility when you notice something so small, you just fix it. Just like at home. Internet access was steady and fast. Tons of movies to watch.
Typically we need to purchase all sorts of odds and ends on vacation - this place had EVERYTHING! (this was our motto all week!) Cleaners, paper products, great towels and bedding, dishes, grilling tools, some condiments, even a toolbox that came in handy a couple times! I didn't believe the previous reviewer's claim of near daily sightings of manatees right in the canal - sure enough they were there! On a rainy day we watched a momma and baby manatee lay on their backs to drink the fresh water dripping from the dock into the canal - so cute! We also saw Tarpon, Pelicans, Loons, and more manatees at the ocean access (community beach access only a couple blocks walk away and usually quiet - great place to picnic, watch birds, see the sunrise) The hot tub was wonderful, and large - an 8-person tub. The screened in area with the couch and TV was like a second, outdoor living room. We didn't boat, but we did kayak. If you kayak up the canal, take a left, then turn into the second canal on the right, that is where the manatees like to hang out the most - very cool! There is a farmers market and flea market within walking distance. The grocery store was close. The beds were very comfortable. There was even shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap dispensers in the showers! Lots of little conveniences really add up! Mrs. Mac's was a favorite, and the Fish House was terrific too! Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and would love to do it again! Thank you Alisa and Mark! We really appreciate you letting us live in your home!
