Arrendamentos totalmente equipada apartamento de luxo no edifício Art Deco em Promenade des Anglais. Localizado no terceiro andar, com vista para o mar a partir da varanda do quarto principal e da sala de estar / jantar. Recentemente renovado. Espaçoso (125 metros quadrados) e muito leve. Inclui espaçoso quarto de estar e sala de jantar, cozinha, dois quartos, dois banheiros e um lavabo. Ar condicionado. Levante disponível. Concierge, Muito boa segurança.
Excelente localização com a praia em frente ao hotel, perto do bairro e restaurantes lojas, incluindo restaurantes de praia e um supermercado a 100 metros em torno do canto. O famoso hotel Negresco está a um quarteirão de distância e Gallerie Lafayette, a grande loja de departamentos, está a 15 minutos a pé do apartamento.
O ônibus (número 98) do aeroporto pára praticamente em frente do edifício e se você chegar de carro, há vários parques de estacionamento por perto.
We split time between the beach (2 mins away) and sightseeing (all over towm). Did not rent a car, but used Uber and the bus system. Both were very cheap and convenient, Cooked in some at night, but had so many good restaurants close by, we took advantage of that.Side trip to Eze was fun, but the bus was a little slow. Next time I'll pay for Uber. They charge about half the Taxi fare. I was not able to connect with Uber at the airport. Same thing happened to me in London. Local rules, I guess. Can't wait to go back and use this same apartment.
The views could not be better, and the location is excellent, also regarding transfer to/from the airport. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, and there is just a lot of space! If inclined to cook, everything necessary is there. Wifi works very well. We did not try neither cooling nor heating the air while we were there, but this will no doubt work very well. There is noise from the Promenade, but doors may be closed - and the other bedroom very quiet. The owner is very swift in responding, and very helpul. We will certainly return.
You get exactly what was promised. The concierge welcomes you at arrival and is available during at least the office hours. The apartment is spacious and the view is magnificent! The balcony is just big enough for 2 adults and 2 children to have breakfast, coffee or snack.
Location is great, too. There are supermarkets and restaurants, bars etc. less than 50 meters away. When you live at Promenade, you must understand that there can be noisy specially at weekends. There is more traffic but also people is more noisy.
The nice owner called us during the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. Well, yes! The written briefing in advance was just perfect. We felt very welcomed: there were a bottle of rose vine and fresh flowers for us! Even if our flight was early, we could leave our luggage and use the bathroom before final cleaning after the previous guests.
If you want to live at the promenade and need spacious apartment, I can recommend this one.
The apartment was just as described: lots of space, light and with wonderful sea views. It was spotlessly clean and not as noisy as we had anticipated from its central location on the Promenade, which is a busy road. We stayed for one month over Christmas and New Year. When we arrived there was a lovely Christmas tree for us, which was a most thoughtful gesture from the owners. We drove from England and we were able to rent a secure garage (3 minutes walk away) from Alain, the most helpful concierge of the apartment block, which was a real boon. We also found the desk area very useful for our computer as it is almost a separate room. There is lots to do within walking distance of the property and public transport is frequent and cheap. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend time in Nice and who would also like the ever changing sea views.
what a beautiful place!!! We are 4 retired persons staying at this fabulous apartment. We recommed this apartment to every one who would like to have a (pied à terre) in Nice. We were near of all accomodations,(bus, restaurants, airport, train station and all those wonderful places to visit), the view of the sea is magic. The description of the apartment is what you get. The janitor and his wife were very helpful. So, we had a great time and hope to be back soon.

Perfectly located in the Promenade within true walking distance from Negresco, Palais de la Med, Beau Rivage and Marche des Cours Saleya where everyday is a different market, from flowers to antiques. Easy to access bulding, extremely safe including living-in Concierge who -by the way- is truly kind, helpful and knowledgable. The Concierge helped us to get parking space, a true challenge in Nice.
The apartment -a flat in fact, because of its large size- is very comfortable, with all facilities you may expect (fully equipped kitchen, electronic appliances, TV, DVD and a wide range of international satellite channels). It also features free wi-fi, which is indeed highly appreciated.
The layout of the apartment allows a comfortable stay for a family of 4-5 or two families with kids, since the two main bedrooms as well as the bathrooms are quite distant one from each other, allowing the necessary privacy.
The balcony of the main bedroom faces the Mediterranean Sea and it is very relaxing and enjoyable, in spite of its limited size.
The owners of the flat are very pleasent to deal with and they provide in advance with an easy to understand contract as well as with a full range of instructions and hints on the apartment, the usage of electric and electronic elements, the access to the wi-fi and some recommendations on sightseeing and dining. Also the Concierge and his wife are of great help in this respect.
The owners of the apartment speak fluent English, Spanish, French, Swedish and probably German and Italian (although we did not challenge them on all languages). The Concierge and his wife are fluent in French, Polish, Russian and they manage somehow in English...always with a smile.
There are plenty of restaurants around, including beach-restaurants across the street (obviously on the beach), as well as supermarkets, boulangeries etc...
All in all, we had a wonderful time enjoying the apartment and its unique location and we truly recommend it wether your trip takes you to Nice for leisure or business.

Waterfront. Promenade des Anglais. Perto do Hotel Negresco, 10-15 minutos a pé para Gallerie Lafayette e as principais zonas comerciais. Praia do outro lado da rua, com vários restaurantes de praia e instalações para alugar espreguiçadeiras, guarda-sóis, etc .. e muitas vezes com motivos de lazer e piscinas para as crianças pequenas. A abundância de pequenas lojas, restaurantes e cafés estão por perto. No mesmo edifício, onde está localizado o apartamento, há i. um. um restaurante, um cabeleireiro e um pequeno bar. Há também um clube noturno, que é principalmente aberto nos finais de semana durante a maior parte do ano, exceto durante a alta temporada, quando ele pode ser aberto até quatro vezes por semana.
Você pode facilmente visitar por ônibus lugares como Mônaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Grasse, Ventimiglia (Itália), etc ... e ponto de ônibus fica a apenas cerca de 15-20 minutos a pé.
Bus nº 98 do aeroporto, que vai para o centro de Nice ao longo da Promenade des Anglais, pára praticamente em frente do edifício onde está localizado o apartamento.
