Great Rim Village Unit

This is a great Rim Village unit. The condo is clean, well stocked and well maintained. The two king beds are a definite plus, as is the private hot tub. The property manager was great to work with and very accommodating. Thanks!

Awesome place to stay in Moab!

X3 is the perfect place to stay in Moab. The condo has all the comforts of home you will need. Beds are super comfortable and the furnishings are so nice! This was a girls weekend getaway and we all had a wonderful time soaking in the hot tub after a fun hike to Corona Arch, shopping in town and we loved preparing yummy food on the grill! If you come to Moab this is the condo to rent! Very affordable and the owners/managers are wonderful to work with! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Awesome family friendly home!

Great location, great house, great views, great owners. We had 3 generations (6 people) and the house was layed out perfectly. Plenty of room while still having privacy. Two car garage, hot tub, and in unit laundry were great amenities. I highly recommend this house.

Fantastic condo and location!

My husband, daughter and I spent 4 nights at this lovely and comfortable condo in July. It had everything we needed to feel at home as we hiked and explored Moab and the gorgeous canyons. We had one minor issue with the shower head in a bathroom, but it was promptly fixed. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Spacious Well Appointed Condo with some kinks

This condo is spacious enough for two couples to be comfortable, good beds and delightful decor. There are many amenities though we did not use them all. The master suite is lovely with a wonderful walk in tiled shower and two sinks. Bigger than it appears in the pictures. The second bedroom was nice with a King bed and the twin room was a nice extra however, the guest bathroom is cramped and in need of maintenance. We notified the manager that the shower was not draining and she told us to get drano (claimed it was in the unit but after a 20" search we gave up). It was a cold spell so once we got the fireplace working it was a nice touch. The living, dining room are a fair size and comfortable for four adults. And having a laundry space was wonderful.

We did not use the community facilities so we can not comment on them. The place was very clean with good towels and linen. Initially our contact with the manager was very positive and she was very cooperative however we had an issue lighting the pilot and she made unnecessary disparaging remarks about our abilities. One of our party has rebuilt entire houses so he is quite capable and it put a sour taste in our mouths about the manager. All in all it is a great place, with great views from every window and the patio and we would likely recommend it to friends.

Sometimes it's hard to keep on top of maintenance such as that, especially if no one reports the problem, thank you for bringing it up, I will look into some long-term fixes for that. Generally we don't run the (decorative) gas fireplace at all. I think your actually the first. I've used it myself in the middle of winter (when no one rents the place) and it can be a bear to light. I've made it a point to watch the weather in Moab, and next time a cold front is coming thru I'll have the fireplace pre-lit for any customers that may need to use it.

Moab property that is very nice

This is a very nice property. I would have given it a 5 star rating but there were just a few problems. We couldn't find the entry key as directed however the code worked on the garage. The hot tub had sand in it and was difficult for shorter people to get into. It would be great to have had a step stool or platform to help get into the hot tub. We didn't have bath soap in the bathrooms. There were so many utv's parked in the condo across from this unit that we had difficulty getting in and out of the driveway.These were minor things but we were inconvenienced somewhat.

The unit is beautiful and very updated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. A great place to stay for a jeeping adventure.

During Jeep Weeks and the weeks just prior and after there is always parking issues, in the condo and all over Moab, sorry about that but not much can be done about it, currently. We do have a 2 car garage and another 2-3 spaces for each unit, but some people just bring too many toys with them...but, hey, it's Moab and it's toy friendly!
