Minutes from interstate I 70 providing easy access from the airport or up to the mountains for day hikes, biking or skiing, while at the same time being in a very quite residential neighborhood.
You can walk to Walmart, King Soopers a grocery store,, liquor, dry cleaners etc for basic items needed during your stay. The beds are comfortable, the furniture at the house tends to be on the old fashioned colonial side, but there is a newer small flat screen TV than in the picture.. This house is fully stocked with what ever you might possible want with internet, hot jetted tubs to an endless dishes supply, to an office with printer. The porch outside can seat a lot of people and is very relaxing. Charlie is easy to get a hold of.
We were very pleased with the house, location, everything that is advertised is true. The house was clean and spacious and well stocked with whatever you may have forgotten. The website pictures of the house is what you get. It is a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Thank you Charlie for making our trip to Colorado such easy and wonderful experience.
We stayed in this house from Christmas Eve 2012 til Jan 2 so that we could celebrate Christmas with family and attend our niece's wedding in Golden, Colorado. It worked out perfectly for us and we were so happy when we walked through the house upon arriving and saw how clean it was, so well set-up, spacious and at the same time very homey. Just exactly what we were hoping for! We needed to contact the owner, Charlie, a couple of times before we went about arrangements and once while we were there, and he was always very helpful. I highly recommend this house to others. I only wish I could find something comparable in a good location in Washington state for our own daughter's wedding in June!
Communications with Charlie (The owner) and Jan (The Manager) were like communicating with family. Everything and more was provided. They even accommodated my arriving a day early with no problems. Mountain views from the living room and family room windows. Very quiet family neighborhood. Spacious fenced yard with a large covered patio. Anything you will need is within a block. Just blocks from I70 for easy access. Just an awesome place to vacation. Wireless internet and office space.They even had board games. Nothing was lacking. This will be the 1st place that I check availability when planning a trip to Colorado.

We had six adults stay for a long week-end at this vacation property rental. The residence worked perfectly for us. We did bring an additional air bed and easily placed it downstairs (we also needed to bring sheets for the airbed). The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We never had problems with sharing the 2.5 bathrooms. When we arrived the home was clean and tidy and very well maintained. The furnishings and decorations are a little dated, but that didn't matter because they were ample, functional and comfortable.
I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities provided - everything you would expect in a hotel. The kitchen was very well stocked. The spice rack was full of anything you could want. We had tupperware, pots and pans, ice maker, dishwasher, dish soap, we just had to stock the fridge.The home has a washer and dryer, and wireless internet access and cable. The back yard was spacious and private and has a large patio.
The location was extremely convenient! It is easy to find/get to for out-of-towners. It is a 5 minute walk to Walmart, King Soopers (grocery), Apple Jacks (liquor), banks, gas stations, and Starbucks. It is close to I-70 and a quick 15 minutes drive to Red Rocks. The neighborhood is quiet and private.
I would return to this home again and again because it was one thousand times better than a hotel and our group really enjoyed our stay. Overall this property exceeded my expectations. The owner and the cleaning woman are extremely helpful and accommodating. We could not have asked for anything better.
Place has plenty of space, is very clean and well-maintained. It's well located with easy access to highways and shopping. We stayed here a little over a week and it was perfect. Great value and the owner is a gentleman, very easy to deal with. We plan to rent the place again, and would recommend it.
