No Smoking. NO PARTIES OR SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS WEDDINGS, OR REUNIONS INVITING EXTRA PEOPLE TO THE HOUSE FOR AN EVENT ARE NOT ALLOWED. No loud music or noises after 11pm. No pets allowed.
