A urbanização está agradavelmente estabelecidos com jardins tropicais, vista para o mar e para a montanha e duas piscinas. O apartamento tem estacionamento subterrâneo seguro e uma sala de armazenamento para tacos de golfe. A praia fica a uma curta caminhada e tem um restaurante altamente recomendado. A cidade vizinha de Sabinillas, uma verdadeira aldeia piscatória espanhola tem mercados a cada sexta-feira e domingo. Sabinillas também tem uma boa selecção de lojas, bancos, restaurantes, cafés e bares de tapas. O passeio possui uma área recreativa para crianças e uma ampla praia arenosa. Há mais de 40 campos de golfe num raio de 30 minutos.
This appartment is high decorated, has a very good location, is childfriendly, quiet surroundings with fantastic gardens and swimmingpools. In the evening it is lovely to see the sun go down and you can hear the sea from the terrace! Also distance to other places like Estepona, it only takes 8 minutes by car. If you like to go to a place where you want to feel yourself "home", I think that this is the right appartement for you to have your holiday!!

Well what can I say WOW what an apartment, from the moment we enquired the response was first class, even when the money transfer was done, Raina was quick to say she had received payment, unlike other villa / apartments we have rented where you had to chase it up, we had no worries at all. The directions Raina gave from the airport to the apartment was easy to follow, Alan the agent even e mailed us before we left to say where he would meet us and he was there with a friendly handshake, to show us around the place. I agree with one of the reviews if you have a large rental car getting into the underground garage is a bit tight The apartment it self was like home from home, every thing you need, kitchen well equip, especially when we had a chef on board. TV took a little bit of getting use to, but once you get the hang of it, then it wasn't to bad. Bedrooms all very comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was more then luxurious, and endless supply of hot water. The area around the apartment was quite and the gardens in the complex are well looked after. Car is essential for getting around, we visited Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Gibraltor, Casares are just a few, and with a taxi rank down the road for 15 Euros went to Estepona for a meal at night, so every one could have a few drinks & didn't have to worry about the driving, we were spoiled for restaurants. Not only is the area good for golf but is good for bird watching. Being a bird watcher myself I managed to scrap in a few sites. La Fuente de Piedra is an oasis, and a must along with Guadiario Estuary at Sotogrande & the sand dunes. To the left hand side of the apartment is a small wooded area that opens up to a wild flower meadow and great opportunity to do a bit of bird watching before breakie. In 11 days my mate and I managed to get 110 different species. Overall we had a great holiday, in a fantastic apartment and a lovely location. Thank you Raina & Simon for letting us have your apartment. We will be back.

The apartment is large and, as well as each of the three bedrooms having their own bathrooms, there is also an additional toilet facility. The kitchen is compact but fully functional, while the open plan lounge / dining room is spacious and leads out onto part of the extremely generous balcony / patio space. The apartment was very clean, and so were the shared parts of the building.
There are good views but no sea view and parking in the building's garage with a large car is feasible, but only with care.
As regards location, it is well situated for the many golf courses along the Costa del Sol, and is especially close to Finca Cortesin, one of the jewels in the area. The apartment is a short walk to the local restaurant facilities, beach and town, and there are taxis easily available should you wish to go further without driving.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
Perfect apartment with lots of space for the 5 of us. It was clean an well maintained. The garden and pool area is also very nice.When we had a problem with the tv, we got help within 1 hour. It was really nice to be able to walk to the beach were you find several restaurants. The grocery shopping is 5 min away by car. The neighborhood is very peaceful too. Location of the apartment is good for visits by car to Gibraltar, Alhambra, Ronda, Malaga and lots of shopping. We would recommend a stay for families with children who need space to play indoor, adults who enjoy to cook on the outdoor grill or use the big kitchen or someone who just want nice surroundings and relaxation with easy access to sightseeing and good restaurants.

It took us a couple of days to find the right beaches because we love hanging out on the beach reading and swimming.
The last week we went boardsurfing near Cadiz not far, at Zahora de los Atunes.
Where we found a wonderfull golden sandy beach with great clear water and a nice wave.

O luxuoso desenvolvimento, fechado de Majestic Hills está localizado em Casares Costa, a minutos do espanhol branco lavado aldeia de montanha de Casares ea vila de pescadores locais de Sabinillas. Longos trechos de praias tranquilas e chiringuitos (restaurantes de praia) estão a uma curta distância. Há uma bela marina no porto próximo de Duquesa, que também tem muitos restaurantes, bares, cafés e lojas.

Há mais de 40 cursos a curto trecho de costa entre Málaga e Gibraltar que varia de um buraco 9 trabalhar em seu jogo curto para uma caminhada cansativa em uma montanha testar suas habilidades ao limite.
A sede da PGA Europeia em San Roque fica nas proximidades.
Os golfistas podem reservar tee times de golfe em poucos minutos na internet e muitos cursos oferecem excelentes promoções, especialmente durante períodos de pico.
