If you are looking for property that has it all, then Grand Views is where you will want to stay!  This luxury home has a private movie theater, hot tub, game tables, seven bedrooms, is located close to The Village and of course, the views!  

This breathtaking, three story Big Bear Cabin has been crafted with the finest materials for a luxury experience in the mountains.  The main floor great room features knotty pine cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, log accents and large sliding glass doors leading out to the deck overlooking the lake, town and valley below.  The living room area has an oversized sofa for the family to gather in front of the fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable access.  Two dining areas offer flexibility with meals as well as additional seating at the natural log breakfast bar.  The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas stove top, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  Down the hall you will find the laundry room, half bathroom and garage with parking, great for winter months.  The large back deck stretches the full width of the cabin with a hot tub and natural gas barbecue to enjoy while admiring the views and taking in the fresh mountain air.  Warm up by the outdoor propane fire pit (propane not supplied - guests welcome to bring their own).

The first master suite is on the main level and has ample room for relaxing and enjoying private time.  The suite offers a king bed, TV with cable, bar sink and back deck access.  The bathroom features a jet tub to soak in while you enjoy the lake views, shower, double sinks and private toilet.

Head downstairs for hours of entertainment possibilities.  The family room is sure to be a favorite location with a beautiful wet bar, pool table and seating area in front of the gas fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. If that doesn't suit the group then head into your own private 12 seat movie theater with surround sound and comfortable reclining seats with cup holders. The fun doesn't stop there!  The kids will love staying in the bedroom with the two full over full bunk beds, TV with cable, X-box and attached game room with Foosball table and Ms. Pac-Man video game console and shared Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The other lower level bedroom sharing the bathroom has a queen bed, TV and deck access.  The lower covered deck offers more opportunity to enjoy the grand views. A 3/4 bathroom is located off the game room for your convenience.

The upper level has four more bedrooms including a second master suite.  The suite features a king bed, flat screen TV with cable, gas fireplace, private deck with lake views and duplicate master bath with jet tub, shower, double sinks and private toilet.  Bedroom five has a king bed, private 3/4 bath, TV with cable and DVD player and front deck access.  Bedroom six has a king bed, TV with cable and DVD player, front deck access and shares a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom with private toilet and tub/shower room and double sinks.  Bedroom seven has a king bed, TV with cable and DVD player and shared bathroom.

Once you get to this cabin you might not ever want to leave! For the ultimate Big Bear Lake experience, Grand Views has it all!
Note: This cabin is located high in the hills to take advantage of the views.  Always carry chains in the winter months as roads may be icy.  Propane not supplied for outdoor fire pit.

This property is located near Alpine Slide and at times associated with higher noise levels.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
