A brand new hot water heater was installed in 2017 so you are sure to enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach. The large upper deck with built in seating is accessible from the queen bedroom or the loft area. You can relax on this deck and hear the surf. There is a screened in porch next to the kitchen to enjoy your meals on the picnic table, and relax at the end of your day, or enjoy your morning coffee here. A private area underneath the house is a great gathering place with an over sized picnic table, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with lights and water. You'll find a charcoal grill in the side yard along with horseshoes. House has 4 TV's, DVD player, wifi. Linens can be rented through our cleaning company if you don’t want to bring your own sheets. The keyless entry makes it so easy to check in and out of the house. This is a non smoking home, with a Saturday to Saturday rental. It's a one minute short stroll down our street to our beach access, then about a 5 minute walk over the dune to the most beautiful beach in the world!
