Our spacious and brand new 4 bedroom house is close to the surf beach and only a 5 minute drive to town.
The house comfortably accommodates 10 guests over 4 bedrooms and another 2 on the sofa-bed in the second living area. It is also has a cozy feel for smaller groups or couples.
The master has a queen bed, a full ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe.
It has been described by guests as a "retreat" because it is peaceful & away from the rest of the activity areas.
There are also two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a tri-bunk as well as a fold out single bed if needed.
The second living area has a double sofa-bed and curtains to close it off if necessary to make a 5th bedroom.
The main bathroom has a stylish basin, bath & shower. There is a seperate toilet adjacent to the bathroom.
There is an amazing kitchen with stone benchtops a walk-in pantry and every appliance and utensil that you will need.
There are stools to enable eating at the kitchen bench. The dining area has a large table that seats 10 people comfortably.
The main living area has a very large TV with DVD, Netflix, Iview & comphy furniture.
The second living area is also very comfortable with a smaller TV & DVD.
There is NBN wifi internet. The décor of the house is very light, modern and fresh.
The doors from the living area open on to a large alfresco deck with a 4 Burner BBQ & a large outdoor table with 10 chairs.
The deck is accessible by two large 2 panel sliding doors. This door opening is very wide as it opens from two sides of the living / dining area. It creates a fantastic indoor - outdoor feel.
The spaciousness of this area makes it easy to entertain with families and large groups of people.
Secure undercover car parking is available via a large two car garage with remote control door.
There is a well equipped laundry with clothes line outside the door.
The garden is pleasant with lots of lawn and we are continually working on its further development.
The backyard is fully enclosed with lots of room for kids to play.
We will allow small to medium dogs but this will be negotiated with you and there will be a cleaning fee.
Just mention it in your first message to us.
Please bring your own sheets, towels and pillows. All of the beds have fresh mattress protectors and doonas with covers for our guests.
If you are an interstate or overseas visitor we can supply linen at a cost of $40 per bed.
The surf beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The town is a 20-25 min walk.
The estuary and other beaches vary from 10-20 mins walk away.
There are many and varied places to visit in Inveloch and the surrounding areas and we suggest you visit the Inverloch tourist website to find out more.
This is our first attempt at describing what you will experience when you holiday at our house.
