Our dining table includes an insert that expands to seat 6 with additional chairs plus the 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

We feature flat screen TV/DVDs in all rooms and a collection of your favorite CDs and DVDs. If you need to stay in touch with the 'outside' world you can do it from our balcony with our upgraded secure WIRELESS INTERNET at your own convenience. And our new this wifi enabled thermostats provider great and more accurate control for your sleeping comfort .

We also added two new rain forest shower heads in both showers that provide a warm and luxurious shower to start your day on the beach!!!

Although we love pets (Mia, Lexy,Jypsea) we can not allow pets in this home due to the Home Owners Association rules.

Leisha and I are locals who have lived in this beautiful resort area for our entire lives and in our beach home you will find our Locals Guide for your private use. This 'locals only' notebook will tell you where to find the best and finest dining, entertainment, beach front bars and the best buys in local shopping.

If you have access to a boat or your bringing your own we have over 40 years of experience in our local waters and will show our beautiful secret secluded beaches only the locals know of. For your boating needs our condo is located 3 minutes from the Legendary Marine Dry Storage, fuel and boat ramp.They charge by the foot and will do short term weekly storage with a call .
