Excellent location - approx 3 mins stroll to RACV Golf Club, approx 10 mins walk (or 1 min drive) to Jan Juc beach, approx 8 mins walk to playground and approx 20 mins walk to Nightjar market/Torquay Hotel and Bell Street, Torquay.
There are 4 supermarkets in Torquay, and two supermarkets deliver on-line grocery orders. There are plenty of great shops in Torquay, which is approximately 2 minutes drive from the house.
The chocolate factory, surf shops and surrounding beaches are a short drive away.
This house is only suited to families, and stays of seven days or more are required.
