Hampton Hub is a sleek apartment that combines the best of modern design with a fabulous location, beautiful fixtures and outdoor living.

Comprising open plan living/dining and kitchen with stone bench tops, stainless steel Asko cooktop, electric oven and integrated fridge and dishwasher. The apartment is complimented by spacious floor to ceiling sliding doors leading out to the large balcony allowing for loads of natural light. The two spacious bedrooms include built in robes, and the contemporary bathroom also conceals a European laundry.

This new apartment building is perfectly positioned in the heart of Hampton Street shopping precinct. Take a stroll along bustling Hampton Street and immerse yourself in the boutiques, trendy cafes or take a short walk to Hampton beach. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away and will get you into the CBD in 30 minutes. Everything is at your fingertips, the choice is yours!

Please note this apartment is located on Hampton Street amongst the vibrant shopping & cafe locale. Light sleepers may consider it a little noisy at times.

Our commitment to our guests is to ensure the property is always maintained at a high level, with all reported maintenance and cleaning issues attended to promptly. Previous guests rate the cleanliness of our properties at above 9/10 on average across the Boutique Stays portfolio. Please remember there is no smoking inside any of our properties.

Minimum Stays:
We have varying minimum stays depending on time of year, and how far in advance you book. We will advise on enquiry.

Security bond:
A property security bond of $600 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

Excellent management
Very comfortable property in the heart of Hampton. I had a difficult request but the management was very helpful and went all out to help me. My dog also had a lovely stay. Thank you!

It was just okay
The location was great, but the apartment itself was average at best. The property was relatively clean however, the floors in the kitchen and family room area did not appear to have been swept or vacuumed. There seemed to be quite a bit of pet hair and when we tried to clean up the floors ourselves, we found that the vacuum did not work (the suction was non-existent) and that there was no dustpan and broom available as an alternative. In addition, the hairdryer didn't work well. It was warm/cool air at best and it never got hot enough to actually dry hair efficiently. I ended up having to purchase my own hairdryer to use while we were in town. The apartment offers a parking space in the garage beneath the building which is a great perk however, when trying to exit the garage to collect my son at 11pm on a Saturday night, I found that the battery in the remote was dead and I couldn't raise the gate to get out. I waited around for someone to come in or go out, but because of the time couldn't wait too long and I ended up having to take an Uber to collect my son and get us back to the apartment. The following day I went and paid to have the battery in the remote replaced. Finally, soon after we arrived we put a load in the washing machine, but when the cycle was over we couldn't get the clothes out, the door wouldn't open even after the 'lock' was released. We understood that because we discovered the problem on a Friday, a technician wasn't readily available to come out that day and the office arranged to have it looked at on Monday. The problem there was that there was no time-frame for when the technician would arrive and we believed that we needed to be there to let the technician in. Not until we waited for 1/2 the day and I made a second call to the office was I told we could leave the key in the lock-box and the technician could let himself in. It would have been helpful to know that was an option from the start. A friend who has a similar washing machine came by and was able to figure out how to open the door for us (they'd had a similar problem in the past). We didn't use the machine again and ended up taking our clothes to the laundromat. Overall it was a disappointing and frustrating experience and more costly than expected. While the location was perfect, overall our experience was not great.
