Great property. Very clean and well decorated
Wonderful location and helpful property manager. Full size washer and dryer with on demand hot water heater. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Would recommend without reservation.
Without a doubt, this was the cleanest vacation rental apartment we have ever stayed in. The location is only steps from St. Stephens, and the shopping and restaurants on and around Karntner St. It is also convenient to have a grocery market within walking distance. The check-in was easy and everything was explained to us. We were there as a couple, but the apartment could accommodate four if they are comfortable sharing a bathroom. Just like any city, the apartment is not huge, but it is big enough to have plenty of room during your vacation. We would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Vienna.
This spotless apartment is located 1 block from Stephansplatz, the site of the massive St. Stephans Cathedral, an architectural gem. The apartment windows overlook the corner of Brandstaette and Bauernmarkt streets. Stephansplatz has a U-Bahn station, city bus stop as well as a taxi stand only seconds (not minutes) away from your front door. At Christmastime we preferred to walk almost everywhere (except to the airport (VIE) and to the Belvedere Palace and City Cemetery). We purchased a 1 week transportation pass at the QBB office at VIE airport allowing unlimited use of U-Bahn (subway), S-Bahn (streetcar), and city Bus and suggest this to others who wish to venture much beyond the Ringstrasse.
Levent waited patiently for us even though our arrival was delayed by an airport baggage problem. He gave us a detailed orientation to the apartment and explained the use of the provided cell phone, TV/Cable/WiFi, the kitchen, heat controls, apartment safe and laundry. He showed exceptional patience in handling details.

The WiFi was fast enough to stream YouTube video without buffering. A maid dropped in midweek to offer supplies (paper towels, TP, fresh bath linens) and offered assistance. Additional amenities not mentioned in the description were umbrellas, an ironing board with iron and a hair dryer. We brought along a dual-voltage curling iron and power plug adapter.
The highlights of our stay included the Kunsthistorisches Museum (goldmine of Renaissance paintings), the Schatzkammer (Imperial Treasury) (#somuchbling) the many outdoor Christmas markets (especially at the Rathaus) the open market Naschmarkt (daily) with its Saturday flea market and strolling the Graben and Kaerntnerstrasse. Restaurant highlights were Cafe Central, Cafe Hawelka, Cafe Landtmann, the Cafe Korb (ok, maybe we overdid the Viennese coffehouse experience #butlovedit) as well as sampling the treats at the Christmas markets and satisfying thirst with the mulled Gluehwein (not 'glue-wine' but glow wine). We found the best at the Belvedere Palace which was made with local Styrian wine (Steirischer Wein). The generously portioned potato dish topped with fresh grated horseradish was unforgettably good. We made frequent trips to the three level upscale Merkur grocery shop an easy walk down Bauernmarkt.
Recommended without hesitation, we will definitely revisit.
We've stayed in apartments all over Europe and this is easily one of the nicest. Everything was exactly as described (or better). The location a few steps from St. Stephan's can't be beat. And the owner, Levant, was a pleasure to work with - responsive, thoughtful, and pleasant. The amenities and layout were perfect for our family, which includes 2 teenagers. Levant has prepared instructions for all the appliances so doing a load of laundry, running the dishwasher, or watching TV or a DVD is easy. We cannot recommend this property (or owner) more highly!
This was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. It had all the comforts of home, was beautifully decorated, and beyond immaculate. Levant was a big help getting us acclimated to the apartment and the area. Couldn't have asked for a nicer host. The location is perfect for a walk to St Stephen's, also close to markets, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vienna. This beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment was our home in Vienna for two weeks. It's centrally located to many of Vienna's attractions and venues. Close to markets, cleaners, drug store, shopping, restaurants and transportation. Most importantly, Levent Sahin, owner, made our experience very easy, enjoyable and welcoming. He was very responsive to our needs throughout our time there. I highly recommend renting this beautiful apartment.
