A warm welcome to newly renovated pet friendly beach house -
'Malolo' - set on a sunny 650sqm block in an idyllic bush setting an
easy 500m walk to Macmasters Beach and
within easy reach of everything the Central Coast has to offer.
Macmasters Beach is a patrolled beach with a renowned surf break, a
rock pool for kids and a lovely lagoon
between MacMasters and Copacabana. Bouddi National Park is close by
and has excellent walking tracks.

The Bunk House: Our unique custom-made built-in bunks, featuring
two king singles over two doubles, have been constructed to maximise
comfort and space for kids and teens,
or a complete family wanting accommodation separate from main
house. The bunk house has aircon, TV, DVD. Please note upper bunks
have NO rails.

The Main House: Beds 1 and 2 are upstairs and both have queen beds
and built-ins, the Master queen bedroom is on the lower level, with
wall-mounted flat-screen TV and balcony
access. There are 3 bathrooms in total - a full bathroom upstairs (w
combined bath/shower), a full bathroom (shower/toilet only) in the
laundry on lower level, and a toilet and shower
room adjacent to the bunk house (it's a proper shower but the tops of
the walls are open to the elements).

Showcasing stylish interiors and seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining,
this generous split level family haven offers an idyllic coastal retreat for
holiday-makers, including:

*MAX ADULT OCCUPANCY MAY NOT EXCEED: 8 ADULTS.

* Timber deck and stairs lead to child-friendly lawns/gardens
* Ultra modern CaesarStone kitchen with stainless steel appliances,
breakfast bar and Nespresso machine.
* All bedrooms queen bed and built-ins, separate 'Bunk House' flows
outdoors
* Stylish bathrooms, main with combined bath/shower, extra w/c
* Superb covered barbecue area/outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and
fire pit for roasting marshmallows
* Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, Travertine tiles, internal
laundry with w/c
* Wood-fired combustion heater on lower level, and a fire pit for
outdoor use. Ample wood supply.
* Board games, extensive library, DVD collection
* Off street parking for 2-3 cars, secure side access

Very tired-not worth the money
Mouldy mattresses under bunks in outhouse- put under house by agent. Oven not working-agent promised to send someone out to fix but no one came. Inside main house really only accommodates 6 adults comfortably. The 2 living areas are not together & only one of them would just fit 6. The dining table would only fit 6 people-8 at a stretch. Upstairs bathroom & downstairs bathroom/laundry only has space to hang 1 bath towel each. Screen doors leading out to deck need replacing as they fall off the rails constantly. Sun lounges filthy- cannot sit on them. Rotting window sill in upstairs bathroom & front door extremely hard to open. Outside travertine near bedroom covered in mould? Screens & window sills filthy, especially the laundry door. Outside lounge area fab but is different to photos on the website. Lucky it was great weather as we could all sit out here together and chat/eat.Outside dining furniture setting very tired. The whole place needs a deep clean, de-clutter(2 chairs in front of fire in dining room-why when you cater to big groups?) a lick of paint, couches & bed heads cleaned. Lucky we did not need the outdoor heaters as they were rusted out. Sadly would not stay again at the price.

No view but well positioned
Lovely outdoor sitting area. But, the tiny TV room can only fit 4 adults comfortably in a house that accommodates 12 people. Insufficient fans/aircon. Old AV system, so no Bluetooth speakers etc. No pantry and no view. However, it’s well positioned and takes 5minutes to walk to the beach. Easy to get supplies 10 minutes drive.

Neighbours fence
The location was advertised as dog friendly, but it wasn’t . There is a wire fence between your property and the neighbours, they had two dogs that understandably barked whenever we came out onto the porch or the outhouse, which meant we couldn’t let our dog out in the morning, as the barking was constant. Therefore I had to take my dog for a walk to the beach each morning at 6am , so the rest of our family could sleep . Their porch also sits right on the fence line of your property, so if the dogs were in the garden or on their porch , they could see us and bark . I have absolutely no problem with dogs but I don’t think you should advertise this property as dog friendly. I was happy to get home and sleep as I was exhausted.

We’ll equipped property
The property had lots of beds and rooms, so we all felt like we had our own space. I think the property can sleep 10 people (including the sleep out) however we struggled to fit 4 (almost) adults in the lounge room to watch a movie. Great coffee machine and kitchen and outdoor space, I think the property would be AMAZING in summer.
