PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND FITTED OUT FOR 1 COUPLE ONLY (IT ONLY HAS 1 QUEEN-SIZE BED). IT IS NOT CHILD FRIENDLY & ADDITIONAL PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE LOUNGE ARE NOT PERMITTED. If your group consists of more than 1 couple or you have children (including babies) we cannot accept your booking. Your booking will also be cancelled and you will be required to vacate the property immediately if you book for a couple but try to ‘sneak’ others including babies and young children in. (Yes, unfortunately, it has happened and we do find out so please respect our rules and refer to the STAYZ website for more appropriate accommodation to meet your families needs).
Also please ensure you are aware of our Cancellation Policy and do not be offended if you request a cancellation or amendment at the last minute and we decline your request. Whilst we do understand that life events happen and/or circumstances change, it is your responsibility (not ours) to ensure you are covered for such events. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of your trip in the event that you have to cancel your booking.
