Jesse, our personal clean freak, keeps the home fresh. No speck of dust or nasty germs are safe... with Jesse on duty.

For your health and safety, we do not book back to back rentals, to give Jesse the chance to fully clean and sanitize the home. She is fanatical about cleaning and organizing. You're safe with us! She's amazing!

Your home away from home comes complete with a well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom with pillow top bed, bathroom with luxurious shower and stacked washer and dryer, lots of storage, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs, cooler and drink koozies. Blazing fast fiber optic internet included. Work from your patio!

There is a queen size Murphy bed in the living area, to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The property also features a large front terrace with plenty of seating and the rooftop patio with dipping pool and shower. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets here or sit and relax in the morning with a cup of Mexico's finest coffee. The condo is located less than a block from a grocery store and also taxis and Uber. You will not need a car!

Do you love the privacy and space of a condo, but want to sit by the pool or with your toes in the sand and have someone bring you food and drink? There are many fabulous beach clubs within a 5 minute walk from the property. Enjoy the best of both worlds!

It's unique setting at the end of a dead end street and in the middle of a lush, tropical setting, gives you the feeling that you're in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only steps away from all of the best restaurants, shops and beaches in the area. You'll sleep like a baby at night without the club and bar noise that most Old Town condos suffer with. Wake to the sounds of birds singing, not to the sound of traffic. You'll love it here!

The condo is 9 years young and has a long history of repeat renters. We purchased the home from the original owners in 2016 and have made many upgrades to make it even more amazing.

The Romantic Zone is the most coveted area of PV. Everything that you need and desire is here. Casa de Gecko is in the heart of this zone within a short walk to anything, everything and maybe some things that you never knew you needed!

Close to bus lines and a short block to a taxi stand. Taxi rides are very inexpensive in PV... almost FREE! Uber is here too!

A security guard is stationed just outside the entrance to the building, 24 hours a day.
