The Escape is a traditional beach house that was renovated in 2022 and is now 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and two living areas. Pet friendly for outside pets. With the main house area having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and new kitchen then the guest area has its own bathroom, living room and third bathroom, Multiple TV's, Outdoor area with built in sink, built in BBQ and drinks fridge. The block is large so plenty of room no other houses share the block,

Connecting the back of the house and the guest area is a large new north facing decking area that contains outdoor dining table, couch, hammock and plenty of chairs. During he warmer months their is shade from the tree that the deck is built around.
The decking out the front lets you take in the colours in the early evening sky and escape the sun if its a really hot day.

Bedroom 1 - queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed and bathroom opposite
Bedroom 3 - queen bed and own bathroom and additional living area

In addition there is an outdoor shower with hot water and double bowl sink for cleaning your catch or using with the BBQ

Dinning table seats 8 inside and the same outside with 2 tables

Pricing

Our price reflects a updated and very comfortable holiday home. The north facing rear decking provides a sunny place to sit with a mix of sun and shaded areas due to the large tree.

Please bring all linen and bath/beach towels.(doonas/pillows provided)

Things to do
-Walk to the beach
-Walk/bike ride through Edwards Point nature Reserve, walks from 30 minutes to 2 hours return
-On weekends walk down to our Yacht Club and have a drink at the cafe just 10 minutes away absolute water front
-We are a 5 minute drive from St Leonards shops or a very pleasant 50 minute walk
-Play cricket on the beach (you can use our equipment)
-Visit the free tennis courts in town or basketball court (you can use our equipment)
-Sleep in the hammock on the decking
-Tour the wineries on the Bellarine peninsula
-Vist Queenscliff and climb the tower that gives you a fantastic view of the area
-Point Lonsdale has rock pools
-Ocean Grove surfing is twenty minutes.

Our beach
Perfect for kids as it has shallow spots and well as deeper trough.

Got a boat
Plenty of parking onsite and boat ramp is only minutes away.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome. Only outside. Plenty of yard space.

Great stay

Fantastic fenced in yard allowed our dog to safely roam about. Very clean, ample seating everywhere. Plenty of space. Would recommend this place very highly!

Great family holiday

Had a great holiday with our 5 kids and dog. Walking distance to Edward's Point Reserve and a short drive into St Leonards (with the best fish 'n' chips in Victoria). Owner excellent with communication.

Impressive Beach House - Highly Recommend! thanks :)

This property was clean, neat and had such a great beach feel about it. The property exceeded our expectations for convenience and comfort. Communication from the owner was by far the best I've ever had, this was an easy transaction and great consideration was given to us which made our holiday amazing! The proximity to the beach is great along with a number of available beach/bush type walks, just outside your door. I would very highly recommend this property, its provides everything a relaxed, comfortable, cozy beach holiday should have. Thank you for our great holiday.

Very happy with our stay

The home and bungalow were very clean and everything you need is there. Enough space for a bigger family and nice big yard for our pet. It was a great location for taking walks to the beach and all around the area. Would stay again.

Mid week break

We enjoyed our two night stay, close to nature reserve and beach. The house is well equipped and would suit a large family. Good value, bed comfortable and inverter ensured warmth as required.

We choose this property as we wanted a large block with plenty of space. Large established trees and the bungalow gives you that extra space. Walk into the nature reserve in 5 minutes and onto the beach in under 10 minutes.Its quiet bushy and relaxing

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Large block of land so you have plenty of open space around you as thats what we come here for. Some properties have two houses on the one block with others almost on top of you. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to roam inside secure fences. A large north facing deck that in summer has a mixture of sun and shade with the decking built around a large tree. If you have a boat plenty of room to get it of the road.
