This apartment is just steps from the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. 
In the private  5 units  building that we just recently converted and certified by the city of Hollywood and the state of Florida into vacation rentals. 
This is nonsmoking property. Pets are not allowed due to the hosts medical condition .

This apartment will accommodate 2 adults comfortably or 2 adults with one child under 5 y.o. Will not accommodate 3 adults.
This building is at the entrance to the public beach and Hollywood Boardwalk and parking is limited. We do not have parking on the property for this apartment.
Car is really not necessary all restaurants are in 5 min walk. But if you insist you can park on meters pay hourly or buy city's monthly permit for $110 (monthly is the only term that is offered) and park on metered spaces or specified spaces.

Apartment has an electronic lock that is very easy to use and does not require to carry the keys, very convenient on a beach. Electronic  code will be issued with provided Gov. Issued photo ID ONLY in 24 hrs of booking. Will host guests 25 and older ONLY.
$250 cancelation fee due to the age requirement will be charged.

15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort; 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog Race Track, Casinos, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale-Las Olas. Only 40 minutes away from South Beach and Brickell. 

Full kitchen ( microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pants, plates, glasses, and etc.) 
Sheets, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. 
Roku TV with all available applications, Wifi internet with excess point.
We do not have laundry facilities on the property.
Gazebo at the Back yard is available for vacation renters. NO grilling, barbecuing or using water hose on the property.

We provide Vacation Rentals recommended    "Starter Pack" of  cleaning supplies: 1 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, paper napkins, coffee filters, small bottle of dishwasher detergent,  and simple toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.), and more.

Check in  after 4PM.Check out  before 11AM.Early check-in and late check-out has to be requested, additional fee $50.
Guests will be charged $100 a day fee for parking vehicles and interfering with other guests' stay.
$100 a day will be charged for  parking vehicles and the towing company will tow that vehicle at guests expense.
No smoking.  No parties. 
No grilling or barbecuing. 
No Spring Breakers
Minimum Age requirement is 25.
