A separate bathroom (toilet and shower) and laundry is also located on this level. This room also has cooling and heating via a split system.

Behind lockable gates there is ample off street parking either under the carport or in driveway. This driveway area can accommodate trailer parking including boat access for those who enjoy a spot of fishing or family fun on the water. Outside has been fully landscaped so sit back and enjoy the grass under your feet.
